Lovely layout, very clean. It is on the third floor and there are about 4 flights of stairs so plan accordingly if you have medical issues.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our family. We were able to have morning walks along the river and found the best coffee shop we visited every morning. Our kids loved all the wild life they could see from the deck. The host made locating the property and check in easy. Check out was super simple, which we always appreciate. The host was easy to get a hold of and had great communication. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at many VRBO's and communication with this host was one of the very best! From before we arrived, to a quick question during our stay, the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. We loved walking to town in the evenings and watching the deer down by the river each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was bigger and more modern than we thought (from the pictures). It was an amazing location, right near the river, park, and Springs. We would love to stay in this location again.

Highly recommend, great location

The property was located close to town, right next to the San Juan, River, lots of open space and great property, had all the amenities we needed, highly recommend, and will stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed as a family in this lovely home. It rained the entire time we were here. It was very comfy. The fire place was lovely.

Pagosa Springs escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pagosa Springs' property along the river. It was spacious, well-appointed, and close to town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fabulous for families

This was a wonderful condo for our family of five. Amazing views, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and equipped. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Everything was wonderful, the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Great location for access to the river, close to the park for the kids to skate, ride bikes, and play. We also loved that we were able to walk and ride bikes into town and the springs! Definitely would recommend and would like to stay again in the future. Thank you

Great place, lots of room and located conveniently in the center of Pagosa.

We loved the property. It was awesome to have coffee in the morning looking out over the river and watching the deer in the field. Management is very responsive and helpful.

A perfect location

Location was perfect! We could walk tonight while having river access. Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend.

Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!

A really nice condo

This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!
