We are very sorry to hear that you didn't find your stay comfortable. We were very surprised when you decided to leave after the first night instead of remaining for the 5 days you reserved. As we already explained you, the dimensions of the room and the size of the bed were all included in the description of the apartment and available to you at the time of your reservation, along with accurate pictures of the inside ed outside of the property, that clearly showed the layout of the apartment and the Villa. We take great pride in ensuring the comfort of our guests, we do everything possible to accommodate them, and we are very sorry to hear that our apartment didn't meet your expectations. However, we feel that your disappointment is caused by your misunderstanding at the time of booking and not by us unable to provide the best service. As confirmation of this there are the many reviews of past and returning guests enjoying the time spent at our Villa.

Grazie ragazzi per essere stati qui a villatrecariole! Siete ospiti eccellenti, avete avuto cura della nostra casa lasciando tutto in ordine e pulito. Ci dispiace, ma noi abbiamo scritto nell'annuncio: "Camera con letto matrimoniale (140x200) Piccolo angolo cottura......" Comunque abbiamo avuto ospiti che sono tornati più volte in questa soluzione, rimanendo anche 21 notti e cucinando delle squisite lasagne e altri deliziosi pranzetti che hanno voluto condividere anche con noi. Però se lo desiderate, abbiamo altre due soluzioni con cucina, non piccolo angolo cottura. Abbiamo scritto che parliamo solo italiano, con google traduttore riusciamo a rispondere a tutte le domande dei nostri ospiti. Siamo felici che abbiate potuto trascorrere una vacanza fantastica!! Vi aspettiamo!!

Ci dispiace abbia scelto la soluzione più piccola ben descritta sul sito. Spendendo poco di più si può prenotare una delle soluzioni più grandi di 40 mq con camere e cucina separati. Comunque abbiamo avuto ospiti che sono stati ben felici di ritornare più volte in questa piccola soluzione anche per 15 giorni. Dipende dalle scelte che si fanno, noi abbiamo 3 soluzioni ben descritte nel sito, uno può scegliere quello che può essere meglio per lui Vedi villatrecariole e sceglie il meglio per te!
