One queen bedroom, two bath condo, plus queen size sofa bed, fully furnished. Wifi, and cable tv with all channels included. Parking permit for two cars (building has covered and uncovered parking). Fourth floor unit with elevator access. Balcony with ocean view. Washer/dryer in unit. A/C and heat. Just steps from the beach and Coconuts' famous Happy Hour.

The property was very clean and the owners made finding the location for parking and arrival very easy. I was attending a conference at the convention center and the condo was only a few blocks away so, super convenient.I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect beach getaway in an amazing location! Steps from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Joan was such a lovely host, so sweet! We will definitely be back!

A cute place steps from the beach

Check-in was easy, the place had beautiful decor We were within walking distance of some of places we wanted to go and the area around was relatively quiet . My dad and I went for the 4th of July and could see multiple firework shows from the balcony.
