The beach front condo is a great location anytime of year. Perfect view of beach and dunes; beach is just steps away. Condo had all things needed for comfortable stay.

Week in OC

Place was in a perfect location for us to enjoy the beach but also enjoy restaurants close by. We also brought our dog for the week stay which we were very happy about. Staying beachfront in Ocean City, Maryland is a plus always.

Fantastic place

This condo was the perfect home base for our trip to ocean city. I love that you had towels, sheets, soap, etc there. It made packing so much easier. And once there we didn't have to go shopping for everything under the sun. My husband loved the balcony and spent most of our time there enjoying the view. I love how close it is to the beach. I hope we were good enough renters to rent it again next summer 🙂

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Juan was very receptive to our communications and usually got back to us within a couple of hours. It is on the 4th floor and the view of the ocean was beautiful from the balcony. We took our two small dogs with us. The condo had everything we needed, was easily accessible, but could use some updates. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Location with a view!!!

We were coming into OC for a dance competition so we wanted to be close to the convention center. This condo offered that, with an incredible view. The place was clean when we got there and as described. The two TV’s were bigger than anticipated, probably 80in. Easy access to the beach and convenient location across the street from the convention center. Communication with owner was easy and quickly responded to me when I had a question.

Great property

We came as a group of 4 girlfriends. We could use parking space until room was ready and were allowed to check in early which was great! The condo was so pretty. The beds and pillows very comfy, there were plenty of clean towels and beach towels. There was a very nice toaster, blender, and coffee maker. We needed more toilet paper and Juan had it delivered with no hesitation. The balcony was great to watch ocean and have meals. Overall pretty close to perfect!

Memorable ocean view

My husband and I spent three nights in the fall at Juan's condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing, made even grander by the mirrors covering one wall of the living room. We watched the colorful sunrise every morning from the balcony with our coffee in hand. Our small dog loved watching the waves and the action on the beach from the balcony. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was handy to have a half bath in addition to the full bath. We watched movies in the evening on the large-screen TVs. Recommend.

Great option for the convention center!

I was in Ocean City for a conference and opted for an ocean-front Vrbo instead of one of the conferences hotels. The location is so convenient to the convention center. The condo was very clean and well-maintained and the view can’t be beat! It was the perfect size for my family. The owner was very responsive to my questions and check-in/out was a breeze. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip to Ocean City!

Quick trip away

Great communication, very graciously allowed us to check in early. The location on the beach was so convenient, stress free and relaxing. Condo had sufficient amenities for our needs. We used condo as a base for golf, dining, beach, and meeting up with friends.

Great location

My husband and I were in OCMD for Endless Cruisin weekend. The condo on the beach allowed us to watch the sunrise, walk across to the convention center then back to the beach. We will be back.
