Ground floor: An open kitchen with a wood stove leading to a large living room (two sofas and a sofa bed for two people) with TV and DVD player. Separate WC next to it.

On the first floor: A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with two sinks, shower and bath. Second separate WC next to it.

On the second floor: A bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds.

Practical access: Niort (15 mins), Coulon and the Marais Poitevin (35 mins), Poitiers (25 mins), Futuroscope (50 mins), Puy du fou (1h20), La Rochelle (1h20), Île de Ré (1h30) . 6 minutes by car from La Crèche where there is supermarket, bakery, market, etc.

During the summer holidays, minimum rental of one week.

Très bonne piscine

Le gros point fort de la propriété est la piscine, chauffée, très grande et à fond plat, très agréable avec les lumières la nuit. Il manque sans doute un peu d'ombre autour. En ce qui concerne la maison, elle n'était pas super propre à notre arrivé, sans doute du aux précédents vacanciers. Petit - pour le four à gaz qui est dépassé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréable, mais il fait extrêmement chaud la nuit, même les fenêtres ouverte. Le propriétaire est très agréable et répond rapidement à toute vos demandes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis autour de la piscine principalement.

bonjour Romain , merci pour votre appréciation. Effectivement les précédents locataires avaient laissé la maison dans un état désastreux et n'avaient pas pris le forfait ménage.nous avons travaillé sans relache pendant 5h à deux personnes pour réparer tout cela et faire les désinfections co-vid, mais évidemment il est resté deux ou trois choses où on à dû faire des choix.pour remédier à cela les prochains départs se feront à 10h,ce qui nous laissera une marge de manoeuvre plus importante en cas de très gros problème .Le four va être changé prochainement.avec les canicules les volets des vieilles maisons se ferment le jour quant il fait très chaud, afin de ne pas laisser la chaleur rentrer ( les murs font 60cm d'épaisseur) puis il faut ouvrir la nuit à la fraîche...on à des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre . bien cordialement mickaël

Lieu calme et reposant pour passer un weekend en famille. Proche des commodités ( 10 min max). La maison est très bien équipée et bien située. La région est magnifique et la visite bde Niort est une belle surprise. Je recommande.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos sympathiques hôtes qui ont su faire preuve de souplesse sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons trouvé un gîte très joli, très bien équipé tant pour les aspects pratiques du quotidien que pour les loisirs. Nous avons passé un week end très sympathique entre amis autour de la grande piscine, du barbecue et du spacieux terrain. Le petit plus : un parc juste en face du gîte avec quelques animaux "exotiques" : Lama, Emeux, etc. Convient très bien pour des moments en famille ou entre amis. Nous reviendrons très certainement.
