Come enjoy a getaway in the beautiful High Country! High speed internet for work or long distance learning.

Chetola and Blowing Rock suffered only minor damage from hurricane Helene, and is now back in fully functioning mode. Now that power, internet, water and roads have been re-established Blowing Rock welcomes and needs people to come and enjoy their hospitality so that they can restore their livelihoods and get back to the wonderful mountain life we love.

This one bedroom one bathroom condo in Chetola Resort was fully renovated in 2019. Holly 7 boasts 8" oak wood floors, granite and quartz counter tops throughout. Reclaimed wood accents with a rough-hewn fireplace mantle over the gas-log fireplace completes the modern mountain feel. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless appliances, a farm sink and floating shelves. The bathroom has an over-sized tiled shower, and the bedroom has a king size canopy bed with a cool-gel mattress. All new furniture throughout, including a leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner and a handmade reclaimed oak dining table. The 65" flat screen TV with cable and WiFi completes the resort experience. Beautiful view of the mountain and tennis courts from the spacious porch. Full Chetola Resort amenities with tennis, playground, indoor pool, sauna, spa, fishing, and paddleboats on the lake and more, are included. On -site restaurant and bar, walking distance to Blowing Rock restaurants and shops are just some of the many benefits of this unit.
Payment is due as follows: 50% ASAP to reserve unit; balance at least 4 weeks prior to stay; lock-box combo with key will be provided within three days of your stay. Cancellation refund is 100% within 30 days of stay and 50% within two weeks. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying late cancellation insurance protection, since there are no exceptions to this rule.

Excellent spot for a fall getaway. Nice, peaceful resort. Took advantage of the spa , restaurant, and bar. Condo lived up to 10-star rating, and host was Very responsive. Blowing rock is a great little town and close to pkwy, hiking, wineries, etc.

Barry and Anne bought their first condo in Chetola, Oak 6, (#918750) in 2016. They totally renovated it and loved it so much they bought another, Holly 5 (#1301068) in 2018. After renovating Holly they found that Chetola living had become an essential part of their life, but since both units rented frequently, they decided to buy a third unit, Holly 7, which is now totally renovated and ready for guests.

Why they chose this property

Holly 7 is a one bedroom upstairs unit, and we love the size of it. It is perfect for a couple on a private get-away, but also has a queen size sleeper for guests. The views are some of the best in Chetola, and the area is very quiet and secluded. It is situated close to walking trails and tennis courts with a short walk to the spa, restaurant and lake.

What makes this property unique

All Chetola amenities come with this unit: use of spa, restaurant, indoor pool and sauna, exercise equipment, playground, fishing, paddle boating and more. Spa services come with a charge, and need a prior appointment. Appointments can be booked at 800-243-8652.
