This recently remodeled condo is gorgeous and large enough for two or three families. New beds/bedding throughout, granite countertop and appliances in large kitchen, updated bathrooms. Plenty of living and dining space. Lower-level condo with parking directly in front of entry door with parking on both sides of the condo. First room has a king bed, second has a single over queen bunk bed and a queen bed, third room has two queen beds. There is also a twin roll-away in closet and a queen sleeper sofa in den. Stackable full-size washer/dryer. This property is centrally located to Petoskey, Boyne City and Charlevoix and on your way to Harbor Springs and Mackinaw Island.

The lay out of the kitchen provided some extra needed living space. The hooks in every space were definitely utilized for the extra winter gear! The roll away bed was very helpful. Every need for the weekend was provided. The TimberNorth company is always attentive to all details. We’ve rented from them for years and have always had a good experience.
