Unfortunately we had a cold front blow in our first day there and lots of rain but we still made the best of it house was big enough for everyone to have their own areas and the views from the deck was great. Weather did get better and was able to enjoy the water had great access to it pretty much right out the back porch. Robert was very helpful with the couple questions we had. Looking forward to going back already!

Great location for enjoying Lake LBJ. The house is set up well and easily accommodated our group. The proximity to the private boat ramp is convenient and made it easier to get on the water.

From the beginning our host, Robert, made sure we had what we needed. He was proactive and made sure we knew he was there if we had questions. No issues with check in or check out…very easy.Now about the property. It was just as advertised. Between the casita, upper living area and downstairs living area, there was plenty of open areas for all to spread out and not feel crowded. Rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen was nice as well. A tad small but just what we needed. We cooked in it 3 different times and had all the pots, pans, plates, utensils needed. Now the outdoor areas. The upper and lower decks/docks are first class. We brought kayaks but spent most our time fishing the docks day and night. Caught bass, catfish, perch and even a gaspergou!! Watched sunrises and immaculate sunsets. Had a day or so of rain but we could still be outside with the many porch coverings and seating options.Would definitely rent again. Thanks Robert!!!

Had a wonderful stay on the lake! Great communication and instructions from the owner. The house and the casita were beautiful, very clean and the property and dock were excellent. Could easily accommodate a large family or families. Tons to do on the water and the outdoor area was perfect. Beautiful sunsets every afternoon. Definitely recommend!

Great property & location on LBJ

The house is on the wider part of LBJ near the island. Great views and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake. Close to town, restaurants, HEB, etc.

Perfect Location

We always spend Thanksgiving off of Lake LBJ and have found this to be the perfect spot. The house is great, very spacious, has all the amenities one would need, and has a great view of the lake. Can't wait to book this property during the summer!

Thanksgiving holiday. We decided to try something new and have Thanksgiving somewhere else. Rob and Nicole shared their home with us so we could do that. We have stayed at alot of rentals and this one had not only all the amenities (comfy beds (2 kings), large TV's with channels provided, well stocked kitchen, available spices, two fridges, 2 living areas, great fishing, totally ready for your boat, tons of usable outside space, secure area for the dogs).. on top of all that just a lovely home that you can actually relax in. We had an absolute blast watching football, fishing and cooking.. all my thanks to our attentive host and hostess for sharing their home with us. I really cant think of anything that we lacked... thank you again!

5 Star Patio

Although the house was perfect with a nice kitchen and huge living room, the Patio was the star of the show. If you enjoy hanging outside on the water then this place is for you. Catch fish off the dock or swim in your very own personal space, protected from boaters. Casita is very cool and private. The location was perfect, almost in town and a mile or two from HEB. We will be back!

The lake views were great and everything was clean. We really enjoyed the decks. The only suggestion would be to update/add more dishes/mugs/glasses and cooking ware.

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a great stay at LUMU house. The sunsets are beautiful and the water access with amenities are great. Communications with the property manager was very easy and the property is very well kept and clean. Our family had a blast staying there and we look forward to coming back.

Great location and house!

We had a great time at this beautiful property wonderfully situated on a beautiful portion of the lake. Everything one needs in the way of kitchen items were thoughtfully supplied and ample for our stay. The deck space is second to none with lots of shade, if that is your desire. We would stay there again without any hesitation!

Nice Place. Great Location!

This house is very nice. We had 12 family members and everyone was comfortable. We rented a boat and was able to park it at the dock overnight. The host was great and had a good knowledge of the area. We will be coming back.

Jeff and and family were excellent guests at our lake house. Jeff has very good communication skills and were perfect at our home. We appreciate people who care for our home like his family. They followed our guidelines and our check out list. We would love to have them back.

Great Escape

This was just the vacation we were looking for! Easy access to the water, fantastic decks (always somewhere to sit in the sun or shade), and lots of room to spread out. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We loved it!!!

Amazing!!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large family. The best part of this property is the outdoor living space, the huge deck was perfect for spending time together in the evening and watching the sunset! 10/10 will will definitely be back!!

Great house!

Lost of space for our framily of 9! Comfortable beds and layout. Amazing views! Best decks on the water! Plenty of shade and seating. Loved using water toys!

If you want to be able to jump in your boat and go, this house is perfect!

If you have a boat or jet ski this is the place to stay. Excellent dock and 30 yards from a private boat ramp. Plenty of space to hang out outside. Sun deck gives you amazing views of the lake. The house is comfortable and well stocked. Lots of space to spread out. I would stay here again.

This home has the best views on the lake. You will feel as if you are sitting in the middle of the lake from the top and lower level.
Most importantly there is plenty of shade on the upper & lower decks to help with sun protection and high temperatures.

Home has a 1,000 Sq/ft casita Connected to the main house for a nice benefit to have a family who does not want to go up multiple levels of steps
