Situation idéale au Val André, la plage et le CV à pieds
Agréable maison, grande cour, séjour un peu petit pour une grande famille, il faut du soleil pour apprécier la grande terrasse extérieure, ce que nous avons eu toute la semaine.

Gaaf huis op prachtige locatie
Het huis is prachtig, bovenin zijn de fraai gerenoveerde slaapkamers en een heerlijke badkamer. Beneden is de verouderde woonkamer. De bank zit niet lekker, deze is echt oud en buiten is er veel tuinmeubilair niet aanwezig. Er zijn geen tuinkussens en geen goede parasol. Ook is er veel keukenapparatuur niet aanwezig. Dit past niet bij de hoge verhuurprijs!

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n’ayez pas apprécié votre séjour dans la maison malgré vos jolis compliments sur l’intérieur. Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas communiqué pendant votre séjour pour que nous puissions remédier à vos remarques. Néanmoins l’équipement de cuisine correspond au descriptif de l’annonce. Nous avons ajouté deux nouveaux transats et une grande table de jardin pour les grandes familles. Par contre, il n’est pas recommandé de mettre des coussins sur le mobilier de jardin à cause des règles sanitaires et d’hygiène liées au COVID-19.

We rented this house owned by Mm. Moullec at 7 rue Laennec, Pléneuf-Val André for the week of July 6th to July 13th. We were very pleased with the house, which was charming, and with its location close to the beach. We also found the agents for the house, Dave and Lynda Bowyer, pleasant and helpful.
We were not pleased, however with what we consider inaccurate advertising. The English version of your website indicated that the house had internet access, which it did not. Similarly, it indicated that linens and towels were included, when, in fact, only kitchen towels were included whereas sheets and bathroom towels had to be rented.
