With its balcony and its breathtaking view of the sea, the L'Amiral residence, recently built on the digue-promenade of Pléneuf Val André, is directly inspired by the large vacation hotels in seaside resorts. Facing the beach, it invites you to stay in this bright, elegant, spacious and comfortably furnished apartment. A real sweet life to be enjoyed near the sea!



Apartment with an exceptional view of the Ocean, 47 m² with personalized decoration in search of comfort located in Pléneuf-Val-André which has 1 bedroom with new bedding (king size bed that can be separated into two 90 beds) and can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a 6 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, internet access via Wi-Fi and a TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a garage in the basement and lift access to the apartment on the 3rd floor. The American kitchen is equipped with a microwave, combined oven and 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer. Located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the rental is located in:

Perfekter Aufenthalt, aber ...

Einrichtung und Lage des Apartments sind absolut perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung (Hoomy) vor Ort, Marie-Noelle und David, waren sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Aber die Abwicklung der Kaution, die zwangsläufig über die Plattform TYLT erfolgen muss, ist eine sehr schlechte Lösung: einerseits muss die Kaution (immerhin in Höhe von Euro 800,--) spätestens eine Woche vor Aufenthaltsbeginn gezahlt sein, andererseits wird das Geld angeblich "automatisch" erst zwei Wochen nach der Abreise zurückerstattet. Diese doch eher fragwürdige Abwicklung erlaubt es TYLT, wochenlang mit dem Geld des Mieters zu arbeiten, ohne dass es dafür eine Berechtigung gibt. Dieses Verfahren ist für die Objektverwaltung einfach und risikolos, aber für den Mieter ärgerlich. Unsere Abreise liegt jetzt 17 Tage zurück – vom Kautionsbetrag, der höher war als unser gesamter Mietpreis, ist jedoch noch immer nichts zu sehen. Das ist sehr schade, denn der ausgesprochen gute Gesamteindruck wird dadurch im Nachhinein doch deutlich getrübt. Cependant, nous remercions encore une fois Marie-Noelle et David pour leur aimable collaboration.

Das Appartement liegt an einer super Lage : mit Blick direkt aufs Meer ! Toll eingerichtet , sauber ! Gute Restaurants in der Nähe . Ab Mitte September sind auch Hunde am Strand erlaubt .

Superbe appartement avec belle vue sur mer

Superbe appartement bien équipé où l'on se sent comme à la maison, avec en plus, une très jolie vue sur mer directe ainsi qu'un accès rapide à la plage et au centre ville. La ballade sur la promenade est très agréable également. Le box qui est un vrai plus. Un peu petit pour 3 ou 4 personnes à conseiller plutôt à un couple avec éventuellement un jeune enfant.

Que dire,juste que tout était parfait,une vue imprenable sur la mer. Dans cette appartement il ne manquait absolument rien,nous avons toujours trouvé se que nous cherchions 👍. Les alentours sont vraiment très jolie et juste en bas de la résidence vous avez un bar restaurant vraiment très agréable avec la vue sur la mer. Notre semaine était vraiment parfaite. Merci

Magnifique Séjour

Cet appartement a tout le confort et il est très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est imprenable et on peut ainsi admirer la beauté des éléments. A pied, il est assez proche du centre ville, ce qui est pratique. Le box pour la voiture est aussi un plus ! A voir au fil du temps : un restaurant vient de s'installer juste en rez-de-chaussée. Durant mon séjour, je n'ai vraiment souffert de nuisances, mais ce n'était pas en haute saison. Bel endroit.

En premier la vue exceptionnelle avec des couchers de soleil superbes. Le confort, la décoration de l'appartement, la multitude de vaisselles et ustensiles à notre disposition. L'accueil de Marie Noëlle. Pléneuf, une petite station balnéaire sympathique. Les balades à pied. Pas grand chose. Faire en sorte que cet appartement neuf reste propre au fil du temps. Vérifier la propreté du frigidaire et des poubelles, c'est souvent les points faibles des locations. Pour le moment, c'est neuf, donc rien à dire.
