About this property

Detached house, heated pool, 10 minutes walk from the center of Vannes

Ideal for 1 large, 2 or 3 families, or a group of friends. Property very close to the city and shops while being perfectly isolated. A very large ground giving access to the channel to walk along the water. The pool is heated to 26 degrees from April to mid October. The house is very old (with a large fireplace engraved with a "1566"). Sanitary equipment is very new or new. A large game room with a ping pong. A pool table in the living room. A kitchen / porch overlooking the back lot. At the end of the house there is a 2nd kitchen / bedroom / shower room which can be used to obtain a separate independent part.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price

A priori, rental of 2 nights minimum, and 1 week during school holidays.
