Guests have full, private access to the entire property, including all wellness, recreation, and outdoor spaces. The home was intentionally designed to give your group room to relax, recharge, and enjoy a resort-style experience without sharing any areas with others.
The garage has been converted into a dedicated entertainment and fitness space featuring a pool table and home gym. Because of this, the garage is not available for vehicle parking; however, the large, flat driveway accommodates up to four cars, SUVs, or trucks comfortably.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the fully fenced, landscaped half-acre yard—ideal for families, pets, and anyone who values privacy. The space includes a putting green, lawn area for games, a bocce court, cornhole setup, and seasonal boat parking on the gravel pad. In summer, the 8-person farm table and umbrella create a perfect setting for outdoor dining.
All wellness amenities are entirely yours to enjoy, including the saltwater hot tub on the front deck, the cedar sauna, and the cold plunge. At night, gather around the gas fire pit and enjoy the quiet mountain air.
