The beach is 2.8mi away HEATED POOL*, SoBe 28m, security cameras/alarm, Wynwood 18-22m, Palm Beach 27m, Delray is 13m, Las Olas & downtown is 2.7miles, clubs, bars, dining or simply relax the beach, The Galleria mall of Ft Laud on next major rd Sunrise along w/Blue Martini, NM, Macy’s, capital grille, seasons 52, Truluck’s and twice removed is a cute spot. Federal hwy to my favorite dine-in movie. Publix is 12-15 walk, Wilton drive 10 min walk to bars and dining. Favorites are: Kaluz, Shooters, American social, Bokampers sports bar to name a few. You’re in the middle of it all. Lastly, FLL airport 8-10min away.

Upon arrival Wally greeted and took us on a tour of the property. We had a great experience from checkin to checkout! Pool was great! Great recommendation for restaurant. If staying in the area, we highly recommend Wally and Co and this property!!

Nice, Clean Place Close to the Drive!

Wally was an excellent host: very kind and he communicated quickly. The house was in great condition, clean and stocked with everything you need. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would stay again.

Beautiful Florida bungalow!

We had a super fun day in the sun by the pool before enjoying the best of Ft. Lauderdale. This property is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The area is wonderful with lots of cute shops. The host made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and made check in a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds and bedding are very comfy. I highly recommend a stay!

Lovely short stay before our cruise

Our group of 3 couples spent one night. We appreciate the flexibility! It was perfect for us! We ate out, but enjoyed our coffee on both the front porch and the back patio area. Lovely!

Great home in a perfect neighborhood.

We spent a month in this lovely home. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We loved the backyard pool, tv, sound system and grill. Wally the house manager was fabulous. We felt like he was family by the time we left. He was very attentive to any questions we had and so patient with us. We will definitely stay at this home again. Btw, the master bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen view of the lake across the street was beautiful. We loved the dog friendly, safe quiet neighborhood. Thanks again Wally for taking good care of us.

Why they chose this property

Being in the heart of Ft Laud means the beach is 2.5 miles East, walking distance to restaurants/bars/grocery store & entertainment, FLL int’l airport 7min away, Wynwood Wall and SOBE is a short drive away. If you like to shop The Galleria mall is 4mins away, with more great restaurants to refuel. House a secured with alarm and CCTV for added security.

What makes this property unique

The house is very open and backyard is just as big. Although the spacing entice people to have event or party but the neighborhood is a very quite neighborhood so you MUST get approval. Yes we to be neighborly and we have additional fees associated with event and parties.
