The space
Inside, you’ll find a cozy open layout with lots of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen opens into a comfy dining room with seating for 8, a dedicated workspace and a living area with a large smart TV and pull-out sofa bed.

Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind:
• Primary suite with queen bed, en suite bath, and smart TV
• King bedroom with smart TV
• Twin room with French doors and its own TV

All rooms include blackout curtains and closet space.

Just 2 miles from the beach (10-minute drive, 15-minute bike ride!), we’ve got beach gear ready for your day in the sand.

Whether you’re grilling in the backyard, soaking up the sun, or binge-watching your favorite shows, this home has everything you need for a chill South Florida escape.
Guest access
The entire property is for our guests private use. Including the home, driveway and patio. There is a locked closet with cleaning supplies in the laundry, this is the only thing “off limits” for guests.
Other things to note
Please note that parties or events, including pool parties, are NOT permitted in this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all residents.

After each stay, a professional cleaning crew thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the home.

There are two outdoor cameras situated in external areas. There is no video or audio recording taking place inside the house. In the patio area, a noise level sensor is installed, specifically designed to measure noise levels without recording audio. Your privacy is a top priority, and these security measures are in place to ensure a secure and comfortable environment.

Please note that while the pool heater is available, we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature, especially during colder weather.

There is private parking available in the home's driveway for up to four vehicles during your stay.

Luggage drop off/pick up allowed when possible. Please ask about this prior to booking so we can confirm if it will be possible.
