This comfortable and cheery ranch home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just blocks away from downtown New Buffalo. Let your cares melt away and feel the stress of your hectic life fade as you step through the door.

3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths await you in this comfortable home. 2 bedrooms have queens and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and includes a coffee grinder/maker, and blender. The living room has a large sectional couch and big screen TV with YouTube TV with 70 live channels as well as an Amazon Firestick for your apps such as, Prime, Hulu, and Netflix. Wireless high-speed internet and Google home are there for your enjoyment.

The basement has a washer dryer, a big play room with 58" TV, electric keyboard, and tons of games.

Walk through the dining area to the back deck and enjoy a large backyard with a grill, hammock, and trampoline to maximize your relaxation AND fun!

For those guests who love a nice stroll, downtown New Buffalo is only four blocks away and offers great shopping and delicious eateries such as Beer Church, Oinks, Bentwood Tavern, Stray Dog, David's Deli and Casey's, just to name a few.

New Buffalo lake house

Grandparents and daughters family stayed here as well as last summer. Great for young children with a trampoline and games. Lots to do in the area. Nice small town charm.

Great House close to the Beach

This house was perfect for our family getaway. I short walk to town and the beach. The house is exactly as described and very nice inside. Lots of outdoor space. Definitely recommend and would book again! Charlie the owner was very responsive and informative.

Notre Dane trip

We stayed for a weekend trip to Notre Dame. Communication was great and check in was easy. House was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

A Wonderful Stay

The property was perfect for us. My grandson really enjoyed the trampoline! The home is minutes from everything such as downtown and the beach. The host is absolutely wonderful. Was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Super relaxing

Property is as represented. Very clean and comfortable. Location in New Buffalo is excellent; very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very walkable to the main part of town (small and quaint town but has everything you need). Best ice cream store in town just several short blocks away. Recommend bringing or getting bikes to get around town and to beach area as parking is very limited and biking would be much more accessible/easy way to get around.

Terrific rental!

We loved this clean and comfortable house that was an easy walk into Downtown New Buffalo. My husband and 3 kids stayed here at the end of June. There are 3 bedrooms so everyone had space and 2 bathrooms (key for a family of 5). Our little nephew came for a visit and loved the trampoline. We would definitely rent it again.

Sweet family home

A group of five friends were celebrating a 45th birthday and this family home was perfectly situated for us. A short easy walk to everything, and a comfy living room for us all to sit and chill in the evening. We didn’t use the fire pit but the host had firewood for us if we wanted to, and there was a trampoline for anyone visiting with kids. The host was great and easy to connect with. Overall we had a lovely time, thank you!!

Friends Reunion

Charlie's place was perfect for the annual getaway two friends and I do. Communication with him was easy and fast. The place was clean, beds were comfy and we had all we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Though others have mentioned the place is within walking distance of downtown and maybe the beach, even though I am a walker, I would say it's a distance as well as not having sidewalks. This in no way was a deterrent to our enjoyment of the location. It is within 5 min driving distance to just about anywhere and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard with a nice sitting area on the patio. Were I to visit New Buffalo again, an enjoyable small town with good restaurants, I would definitely stay at Charlie's place again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were great. Kitchen well stocked. Excellent giant TVs in living room and basement with any apps or channels you want. Basement had lots of games and stuff to keep kids happy, but the back yard trampoline was the biggest hit! Would stay here again.

Our family of 4 loved this home for a stay in New Buffalo. Plenty of space for everybody, walking distance to Oink's, and close to beach/restaurants as well. The hosts were reachable and checked in on us midweek which was thoughtful.

This place is a gem

The backyard makes this place even more of a delight. Lots of shade and back deck that’s great for meals. You’ll probably want to drive to the beach. Hosts were very prompt & helpful with any questions we had.

Great Little Place to Stay In New Buffalo.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood in NB that is close to everything. Nice big yard and deck to relax on. Lots of things in walking distance, if its not blazin hot and you're ambitious. House had most everything you would need and lots of space for up to 6. Great value!

Great place for a Friend Get-together

Very quiet neighborhood very close to New Buffalo Downtown. Three bedrooms and two baths made it comfortable for all. Outdoor deck and nice backyard were a great place for coffee in the morning and gathering for conversation any time of day! We enjoyed our long weekend together in this wonderful home in New Buffalo.
