Comfortable, extremely well located ground floor / semi basement 50m2 studio nicely furnished by its English/French/Spanish speaking owners living in the same building who are discretely available to help you enjoy and appreciate your stay in Glyfada.
A bright air-conditioned main room with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds (width 80cm x 200 cm length), lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-sink-oven-stove-microwave-coffee machine-kettle-toaster).
Additional small room has a single bed and large closets.
Bathroom with shower cabinet. And washing machine available in the common area.
As a summary the studio comfortably sleeps 3 guests and has possibility for 1 or even 2 additional guests/kids so in total the studio can accommodate 5 guests. Baby cot available on request.
Located on the ground floor covered garage/ semi basement level of a main building with its own separate entrance via the garageway.
Please note there is no balcony or open air area, but you are welcome to use anytime the building common garden where there is a table and chairs.
Very conveniently located 15 minute walk to the paid or free beaches of the south coast of Athens and the heart of the city of Glyfada which is a popular summer resort lined with small restaurants, souvlaki corners, a multitude of cafes, bars and commercial shops and boutiques.
The studio is located on foot from a super market, from many local grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery, from a new children's playground, from the tram service, the bus to/from airport and to/from downtown Athens, and a few bus stops away from joining the line of the Athenian metro.
Your dog is more than welcome, in fact we are just as happy to host your loved pet, you are responsible for its wellbeing and respect of the property and building, Please inform ahead.

The code for the lock box will be sent to you to retrieve the studio keys, few days before arrival. Alternatively, you can be met at your arrival time at the building entrance and I can hand them over to you and help you with any questions needing answers.

A 10 star rental!
It was the perfect place to stay for our month's adventure. The property is perfectly located. Close to the tram and bus stops. Beaches are easy to get to. The rental rate is very reasonable. Glyfada is a great place with lots of restaurants and shopping. The best part is the landlady. She is wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, speaks English and 3 other languages. Really goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is a great one.

Delightful Stay in Glyfada with Amazing Host
We stayed at Amalia’s suite for 5 nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. The space was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Excellent walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The best part of our stay, however, was our host. She communicated with me months in advance, giving me tips on travel, attractions, restaurants… Just about everything a first time visitor to Greece would need.
She went above and beyond helping us out one morning when I needed a trip to a doctor to look at a skin condition. Everything turned out fine, and I couldn’t have been happier and more grateful for her kindness and willingness to lend a hand.
If you ever find yourself needing a place to stay in Glyfada, please consider Amalia’s suite: you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location, close to the beach, very nice host
It was a fabulous stay for us( Family with 3 kids). We could walk to the beach (balux cafe) within a few minutes. The beach is perfect for litttle kids with a lot oft distraction and shallow water. Also there is security to feel safe. Also the main street for buying and fulled with Restaurants was very close. The studio was good equipped and very clean. Amalia is a very nice host ans help you a lot. Thanks again for the perfect stay.

bien placé à Athènes!!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, choisi à Glyfada car nous avions à loger aussi notre voiture,nous sommes plus de 5 semaines en Grèce! De Glyfada, avec le tram (station à 200m à pied), moins d'une heure pour être au centre d'Athènes ou du Pirée et visiter la ville et ses nombreux musées à pied. La sortie de agglomération en voiture pour aller voir les environs (Delphes en particulier) se passe sans trop de problèmes; l’environnement est aussi super: super-markets, restaurants, magasins divers et variés sont à 2 pas. Nous n'avons pas testé les plages: c'est pas notre truc et de plus la veille de notre arrivée il y a eut une mini marée noire! Mais en faisant quelques km vers le SE nous avons vu des plages quasi désertes (mais fin 09)! En tous les nous y reviendrions si nous revenons un jour à Athène.

N'hésitez pas, location impeccable !
Tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille ou plusieurs personnes, endroit calme et très bien situé, plage à proximité, endroit bien desservi par bus et tramways, restaurants et boutiques à quelques centaines de mètres. Et le plus appréciable est l'amabilité de la propriétaire Amalia qui parle très bien français et fait tout pour aider ses locataires, d'une grande gentillesse, elle fera tout ce qu'elle peut pour vous aider. Merci encore à vous Amalia !

Des locataires bien sympathiques, intéressants et surtout très respectueux des lieus, on ne peut demander mieux!
Cela a vraiment été un plaisir de les avoir loge dans notre petit appartement; Je suis contente qu'ils ont pu également apprécié d'autres coins de la Grèce et qu'ils rentrent en France avec de bons souvenirs et surtout avec beaucoup d'énergie! A tres bientot!

A wonderful time
I stayed in Glyfada for more than a month. The studio is clean and nice as the picture shown. Amalia is a great host and very helpful. Great location and easy access to the public transport and the beach. Absolutely recommend to everyone and thank you, Amalia.

Perfect studio in a great location
This studio flat is really lovely and the pictures don't even do it justice! Both the main room and little annex are quite spacious and have been beautifully furnished. The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes from the main eateries, supermarkets and tram line. I would definitely stay there again!

endroit magnifique avec des hôtes exceptionnels
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Glyfada dans la saison de velours, complètement détendu, et peut-être même trop.
Position correspond parfaitement à la description, la nature magnifique, la mer, la verdure, le silence.
Nous n` avons pas de mots adéquats pour remercier Amalia, Ronyi et Paul.

Alles wie in der Beschreibung steht!
Pos:
Einen gemütlichen Appartement in der besten Viertel von Athen mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Neg:
Nur ein separates Zimmer mit Einzelnbett, andere Betten befinden sich im Wohnraum/Wohnküche.
Fazit:
Trotzdem bekommt der Gastgeber die fünf Sterne.

Fantastic apartment :):)
Amalia was a fantastic host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't have been better, it is so close to the main sites of Glyfada and sea. I would definitely recommend Amalia's apartment :)

Appartamento consigliatissimo! Siamo stati accolti dalla padrona di casa sorridente, gentile, attenta e molto disponibile (alla fine del soggiorno ci ha gentilmente accompagnati in aereoporto). Appartamento comodo e ben servito, in un quartiere tranquillo e curato, a due passi dalla spiaggia, vicinissimo al tram e al centro città.
