This is a sweet little house for two to maybe four people. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and everything was well-taken care of. There are a lot of nice touches like motion sensitive night lights, a coffee maker plus coffee, a good supply of dishes, cookware, and glassware and even a dog blanket. It really felt like home. The two bedrooms are upstairs but are easily cooled by an upstairs AC unit. The beds are memory foam and very comfy! We weren’t keen on having to come downstairs to use the bathroom but the stairway is well-lit with sturdy handrails so it was ok. The location is excellent for Chinook Pier, the Musical Fountain, the farmers’ market, a bunch of ice cream places, and downtown. We liked the patio area and it was nice to have a walkway right behind the yard. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be if the yard was fenced. We had to carefully keep our little dog on-leash outside since the house is on a very busy street. But that is a minor point. We would certainly come back again! This is now at the top of our list for Grand Haven rentals.

The centrally located convenience to downtown, the marinas, and pier make this home incredibly unique. Our family has been boat lovers for years and this location makes it unbelievably easy to dock our boat and walk only 2 mins back to the house. On beautiful summer days we enjoy sitting on the front porch and taking in the delightful community scenery.
