This very cozy 100+ year old home has been remodel for you and your family to enjoy. From the new kitchen to the addition of a full bath upstairs, this house has it all. Including a fully covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The outdoor space bodes a spacious deck to grill and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Grand Haven at night. Everything is within walking distance, from restaurants, bars and shopping to the public beach which is about a 20+ minute walk from the property. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!

I am a financial advisor by profession, living in the Grand Rapids area. It's been nearly a decade long goal to own a property that people could use and enjoy in a special town like Grand Haven. This home is over 100 years old and while updated still has many of the "character" of a 100+ year old home. But it's very cozy, very clean and a lot of time and money have been put into it his home to get it to where it's at. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and ask that you take care of it as if it was your own and hope you enjoy exploring Grand Haven and Spring Lake!

I love that this property is close to everything, beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. and very close to other cities such as Saugatuck, Holland or Muskegon. You can do as much as you want or as little. Perfect place for whatever you desire.
