Fully equipped home with many extras: Free long distance calls in US, Free WiFi, Broadband, XBox 360 with Kinetic, extended cable TV, SIrrus Satellite radio, Select Comfort King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, games, crib, playpen, strollers, baby monitors, high chair, bikes, golf clubs and more at no additional charge. Attractions such as Sea World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Harry Potter, etc., outlet shopping, restaurants and several world class golf courses are nearby. After spending the day at the parks come back and maximize your time in the enclosed Southern exposure heated pool and spa. Enjoy the sparkling pool and the bubbling spa. The Bar-B-Que patio showcases gas grill.
There are 2 master bedroom suites both with King Size Beds, 3rd bedroom double bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and 5th has bunk beds with a full and double.

This house served our purposes quite well. There were some minor issues with the pool and JoAnn was on top of them and worked to correct the situation for us

Everything you need for a Florida stay.

This was ideal for our needs. Plenty of indoor space with fully equipped kitchen, good sized pool and pool area, plenty of grassy area beyond the pool for kicking a ball around (until my son discovered a snake and ran for his life).For a Disney holiday it's very well located, probably around 20-30 mins drive from the parks. Furthermore it's extremely well served for shops and restaurants, with both Walmart and Target situated on the way to the parks.Arrival was slightly complicated by the fact I hadn't received the access code for the front door but this was resolved immediately by a phone call to Joann. Any other time I contacted her via the Vrbo app I received a very prompt response so it felt as if help was always on hand.All in all this accommodation provided everything we needed for our Florida stay.

Had a wonderful stay

Nice house for the money.. one for the beds had crumbs in the sheets. The heater seemed to not work on the pool/spa messages owner they said they were sending someone out but still didn’t work but that’s ok cuz we didn’t have to pay for the heated pool and the kids still loved the pool. Nice neighborhood nice house for cost would stay again. Thank you for letting our family rent your house

Good value

Joann was amazing and attentive. I let her know the spa heat was not working at 8:30pm. She came out and saw there was an error flashing on the pool equipment. She came back the next morning, reset the system and the spa heat worked. This house offers good value with plenty of space for the whole family. The cabinets, countertops and pans were dated, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The private pool/spa helped give us a place to rest on the days that we were not on the go. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Great place

Other than the hot tub/ pool heater not working until the last full day of our stay, and the neighbors rooster, which was a funny surprise, the house was great. Served our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

Great Florida Location

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Plenty of space, all-day sunshine in the heated pool, close to Disney, and all of the household amenities you’ll need during your stay. Thank you Jim and Joanne for a great experience!

Great location

This property was great for our Disney vacation! 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for multiple people. Check in process was very easy! Loved the location and having a Walmart so close. Small issue with hot tub on arrival but quick response from the owners and was rectified the following day. 😊

Overall, pretty good, very disappointed that the Hot tub didn't get hot

It is a pretty good-sized house with four bedrooms (if I remember correctly), a nice kitchen, and TVs in every room.It has a pool and a hot tub, but the pool was a bit dirty and the hot tub didn't get hot.The kitchen had a burn mark on the counter, and the worst was that one of the bathroom sinks had some brown stuff in it and a hole. It looked like someone dropped something heavy in it. That bathroom has two sinks, and the other was not affected.The location is close to Disney, but because of the way the parks are set up, it is further away from Universal and SeaWorld. It took me 50 minutes to get to the airport on Sunday at 3 am without traffic. Overall, a nice place, but that hot tub was a major downer for me. If the hot tub were fixed, I would definitely stay there again.

Close to Disney and a wonderful pool when we returned home

Plenty of room for our group of 10. we loved the private pool and hot tub! Kitchen is stocked with many appliances (blender, crockpot, mini-food processor to name a few) not usually found in a vacation home. we were able to create a wonderful early holiday feast in the spacious kitchen. and the home is close to shopping and restaurants which made for a very convenient location.

Cozy home in a great location

The home was very accommodating and comfortable. Very near grocery stores and fast food establishments. We enjoyed our stay using all of its amenities. Including the pool, outdoor grill and extra stroller. The host always responded in a timely manner.

Wonderful Memories...

Enjoyed our week stay it was out first visit to Disney with 5 of my grand babies. The house was great, everything we could ask for and more. The babies loved the pool, the adults loved that the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space, 4 adults and 5 children (ages 4-9). We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to central Florida. Thanks for everything Jim & JoAnn..

Very happy!

We were very please with our overall stay. The house was very well stocked with the items we needed an very clean. The only thing we had an issue with was one of the beds was uncomfortable. The mattress was visibly uneven an uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the use of your vacation home!!

Pool heat was very nice except for one day. Floors, countertops, and grill were all dirty upon arrival. Two beds had wet sheets on them, which we discovered after midnight the first night. Owner stopped by to provide some cleaning supplies and laundry soap the next morning, and the cleaning person came in the afternoon to clean. The owner indicated this was an oddity and left a small amount of cash for the inconveniences. Walls could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed our stay but would probably not stay here again. We left the place much cleaner than we found it.

We had a very good stay in your beautiful home. Everything we needed to cook meals was provided for us....just like being in our own home. The home is very well maintained and very clean. When we had a small problem Jo Ann and Jim were there within a 1/2 hour to fix the problem.. It was a great pleasure to be able to meet the both of you. We were very impressed with how quiet the neighbourhood was. We found that the house was in a very good location not too far from all of the Disney attractions. The only downfall was that we were only able to swim 2 times in the pool as it was way too cold..lol. I believe the pool heater was broke and they were in the process of fixing it. I would highly recommend this rental home to all of my family and friends. You guys really know how to take care of your customers. Hopefully someday we will be able to return for another stay. Conveniently Located

Conveniently located near dining, shopping & theme parks. We weren't a fan of the homes actual location in the neighborhood; it's a very busy subdivision with one way in & out & the road is very narrow with vehicles parked along it. The home itself is nice enough, quite spacious (there was 6 of us in our group). The layout is great especially if traveling with other couples/family members. The master bed is a sleep number bed but was not comfortable at all. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones provided were flat & stained. Also there were no hand towels provided so we bought some from the Dollar Store. Bath towels were minimal & some of us just used our beach towels instead. The pool & fenced yard was great & we really enjoyed swimming between park visits. One thing not mentioned in the listing is that the owners request the air conditioning stay at 75* while you're in the house. While we were there the temps were near 100* outside & even with ceiling fans & box fans going the house was quite warm. Overall it was a good stay & we had a nice vacation.

Perfect for grandparents entertaining the kids

Some friends thought we were crazy to take 3 grandchildren, ranging from 4 to 9 years old, to the Orlando area without out the parents. This house made our plans work out perfectly to spread out our visits to Disney, Sea World and Legoland. The spacious house with swimming pool and safe fenced in yard allowed us to take off a day in between each park visit. This gave all of us much needed rest, but also better connection than we may have had in a hotel. We sat down for home cooked meals together using the grill, stove or crockpot provided. The kids loved the themed bedrooms (Star Wars and Minnions) and Mickey Mouse bathroom! There was a minor problem with one door that the owner came to repair as soon as it was reported. In a few years, we hope to return to the area with another set of grandchildren when they reach appropriate ages. I would love to stay in the same place, provided the functional, but broken couch has been replaced by then:) Everything is clean, well furnished, and comfortable--a great deal for the fee!
