Our stay was amazing. The house was clean and beautiful. We loved and enjoyed the pool. Any time I reached out to host she responded each time and promptly. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Nice Winter Stay

Nice home. Met our snow birding needs. Had a few pool issues but Sheron was very responsive. Only complaint was so much traffic every time we went somewhere

Nice Home

Home was located in a nice area and close to all the attractions. Lots of construction and traffic while we were there did impact the drive times to the attractions. Home could use a bit of spruce up with paint and carpet. Beds were fair from a comfort perspective. The pool was nice but that area looked like it could also have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly and cared for—although someone came to maintain the pool on our last day there we did not swim after they did that. Kitchen did not have any basics—coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc—but had all the pots, pans, dishes, etc that were needed. Pans were not high quality but did the trick. Garage games were used a bit by us, but with nice weather we spent most time outside.

Clean and Comfortable

The location was very convenient for our needs. The house was clean and well maintained. Sheron was very responsive and helpful. The only issue from my perspective was that the pool was pretty cold - granted it was cold outside but I was hoping the pool heater would be more effective.

Fantastic stay

Sheron was a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt reply’s to any communication. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Pool and hot tub a definite advantage. Neighbourhood friendly and everyone felt safe. Very close to supermarket (Publix) and other essential services. Close to Disney approx 25 mins little bit longer on way home but this is due to crowds leaving. Would definitely recommend this property

Great stay for Disney Vacay!

The home was very nice and the owner was so pleasant to deal with. The home had everything we needed. It was so nice to relax in the pool after all that Disney and Universal walking. Only 20 mins to the park slightly longer on the way home due to traffic. We would stay here again and Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for thier get away. 😊

Nice place to gather with family

Our adult children, their spouses, our teenager and our 2 yr old grandchild enjoyed our time here over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was convenient to grocery/retail shopping, restaurants and the Disney area. The house worked well for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and spa (although we didn’t realize until we arrived that “spa” is not the same as a “hot tub”). I was a bit disappointed in the kitchen supplies; I think it could use a few more baking dishes and a good can opener. There were no washcloths for the kitchen, so we purchased some scrub brushes to use ourselves. Overall, it fit our family’s needs and allowed us the space to gather together for the holiday. We enjoyed our stay!

It was what i expected from the listing and more. Quite area the property was clean. I was great.

It was really enjoyable and i was very happy to call this home ny own for 13 days. Was able to text back and forth with renter and got my answers in a timely manner. I would definitely suggest this location for a clean family that would take care of this home as their own. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks for allowing to stay at this property for us to wnjoy our family vacation.

Lovely clean and quiet villa

The villa was lovely and clean and had obviously been decorated and refurbished in recent years. It was great for a family of 5 especially with the pool. We had a couple of things that needed attention and these were promptly dealt with by the management company which we really appreciated. The area was very quiet and handy for thr 192 and I4.

Nice House

Mickey's place was a nice house to stay ïn, close to the parks and supermarkets. Only a few things can be improved -the vertical blinds need reparing trought the whole house. -the cleanliness of the house could be better. Laura, the owner, was very friendly. We had a pleasant holiday!

Great family vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Close to shopping, dinning and parks. The pool and spa were a great way to relax and have a chill day at home. Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, prima eingerichtet!

Es hat von vorne bis hinten alles gepasst. Bei allen Fragestellungen hat die Vermieterin umgehend reagiert. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, und mehr. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen.

Nice location

The house was in a really nice location. Not too far from Disney but far enough away to stay away from all of the busyness. We enjoyed our stay but the place could use some higher quality cooking utensils and pots and pans. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean but could use a deep cleaning at some point. I know it’s hard with rentals to do that and there is a lot of traffic in and out but it could use it. Other than a few minor things it was still a good stay. I would still recommend the place to others.

Nice house!

We had a great time. Would have given it a 5 star except every time we tried to open the door to the pool a blind would fall out and the house really needs bigger pots and pans. But would definitely book this house again.

Thanksgiving Disney stay

Place was great and accommodating. Pool with the game room made for a nice day at the house. Close enough to Disney to get to parks easily but far enough away to stay away from all the traffic and chaos. Plenty of food options and grocery store close by.

An Amazing Stay at Mickeys Place

We've stayed in Sandy Ridge on multiple occasions over the last four years. However, our stay at Mickeys Place has been by far the best! When we originally booked the Villa, Laura dealt with our booking really efficiently and the details to the villa were sent through promptly. On arrival, the villa the whole villa was spotless! The management company called in a few days after our arrival to check how things were and also offer some great info on local resterants and places to visit; E.g. Sunday Markets etc (A really nice touch!) Having use of your own pool, to unwind after a long day at the parks, is definately a great benefit to staying in a villa! And the pool area definately enabled us to do this ... especially with the facilties being so well kept. Thanks again to Laura and team for a great stay! We're looking forward to our next visit to Orlando and stay at Mickeys Place! :D We would definately recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here!
