Perfect for long or short breaks in the sun in Playa Las Americas, Tenerife.
The villa is available to let throughout the year in a fantastic location, a short walk to all amenities, beaches and restaurants.
The villa is a large (200m) 4 bedroom south facing house with a secluded walled garden and a south facing terrace. It has four bedrooms, three with en suite shower and toilet, and one with en-suite shower, toilet and bath. Sleeps 8.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master has a double bed, and the other, two singles. The front bedroom has views of the pool although doesn’t overlook it. The main bedroom has a south, sea facing veranda, which through most of the year captures the sunset. The doors open fully to create an inside/outside room. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Recently refurbished
The villa has been completely refurbished to a high standard. It sleeps eight. The bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds in one, a double and a single in the other, one has patio doors to the garden.
Secluded, walled patio area.
There is a large living room with patio doors onto the south facing secluded garden which has sun beds, garden chairs and tables and a dining table for ten under an electric canopy.
Kitchen, Wifi, smart TV and full kitchen facilities.
There are two a boosters on the top floor, the service is very good. It also has smart TV, and a bluetooth music tube, a dining table which seats eight. Two large sofas, one small sofa, security safes.
Kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and washing machine. Ironing board and iron. There is a cot, buggy and high chair for hire.
Most of the plug sockets are electric/USB so you can plug your phones and tablets straight into them, no usb plugs needed.

We are from Surrey in England. We enjoy the area here, the sea front next to the house, unspoilt and rustic, golf and Padel tennis, mountain walking and mountain restaurants. Lazy days at The Oceanico Atlantico, Bahia Pal Mar and Las Rocas Beach Clubs.
Fish restaurants in Los Abrigos, El Medano, La Caleta and up in the North too, Buenavista is stunningly beautiful.
And most of all, the all year round temperature which I believe is the best on the planet.
