Quiet 2 steps from shops and 10 minutes on foot from the banks of the Rance and the port of Dinan. By car 5 minutes from Dinan, 30 minutes from St Malo and the Route du Rhum. On the ground floor, large kitchen with fireplace, upstairs, a cozy living room with south-facing terrace and walled garden. WIFI and TV with satellite channels, BEING SPORT. More than pleased!

We were delightfully pleased with the property. It was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. The owner was thoughtful and helpful in addressing our needs. Washer/dryer unit was difficult, but he is working to correct that.Very easy to reach Dinan from this property. Closeby access to restaurants along the Rance River.

Wonderfully restored stone house

This is a gorgeously restored three story stone house with everything you could need. It is close to food stores and within walking distance of Dinan.

Wonderfully quiet, great location

This property is beautifully done, has a lovely, spacious back yard, is in a great location if you have a car, was spotless. It is just a few minutes drive from the Port of Dinan or Dinan proper. There is grocery shopping nearby. It has adequate, if not great, supplies for cooking. The backyard is a delight. The neighborhood is very quiet. A great place to explore this area of Brittany and just a one hour drive to Mont Saint Michel.

Parfait!

This property was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, the furnishings were nice & the bed was very comfortable. Being able to stay in a stone cottage was like a fairy tale. The house and the yard were beautiful. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Dinan and just a few minutes walk to the supermarche, boulangerie and restaurants in Lanvallay. We really enjoyed the location because it was relaxing and quiet, but still easy to get to the store, etc. There was a lot of options also of places to go because you could go to Lanvallay, Dinan or the port. Also, Lehon was 2 miles away and a beautiful little town. We very much enjoyed running along the Rance river on the path to Lehon. We cannot say enough good things about this property and location! They were also great hosts, very responsive if we needed anything and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful tastefully restored village cottage close to many locations of historical interest.

A quiet location with close access to a supermarket. The restoration of the property was extensive and both imaginative and functional. There was good and immediate communication with the owners who were extremely helpful. It had a generous and private garden.

Lovely property but not waterfront

This accommodation is easiest the nicest I have booked and gave a wonderful opportunity to explore the Dinan area (which is incredible!). My only criticism was that the property is listed as waterfront. The river is a 6 min drive. or 20 min walk

Lovely Gite in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Property is very close to Dinan (5 mins walk) and also close (couple of minutes walk) to essential shops and supermarkets but also very quiet, so perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property was the perfect size for a couple with a large kitchen/diner, lounge, bathroom and bedroom as well as a spacious patio and garden. It had everything we needed, including off-street parking and our hosts were friendly & accommodating. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the property for anyone looking to stay in or near Dinan.

une région exceptionnelle

La maison "Côté Rance" est charmante, située dans un environnement très calme et à un saut de puce de la belle Dinan et non loin de tous les sites remarquables. L'accueil par les propriétaires adorables est chaleureux. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer, et, cerise sur le gâteau, la météo a été plus que clémente ! Par ailleurs les aménagements extérieurs sont parfaits pour passer un séjour sympathique avec un chien. De bien belles vacances bretonnes !

Sehr schönes Haus mit 1 Schlafzimmer

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer hervorragenden Lage. Super ruhig und sauber. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wer nur 1 seperates Schlafzimmer braucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben, denn leider ist die Beschreibung falsch. Das Haus hat KEINE 2 Schlafzimmer! Im kleinen Durchgang unterm Dach zwischen Treppenaufgang, WC und Schlafzimmer stehen 2 schmale Betten. Also: keine Tür nach unten, kein Fenster, keine Privatsphäre! (Leider kann man keine Bilder hochladen.) Eigentlich Schade, denn eine ehrliche Beschreibung mit Bildern würde die Qualität des Hauses nicht mindern, aber sicherlich Enttäuschungen ersparen.

die Lage des Häuschens war herausragend, ärgerlich war nur, dass - anders als angegeben - es nur ein Schlafzimmer gegeben hat und die zweite Schlafgelegenheit auf dem Durchgangsflur vom Schlafzimmer zur Toilette und Treppenhaus ohne Fenster und Tür war. Das Bett war zudem neben einer lauten Ventilation, die durchgängig lief. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war nicht in Ordnung, zudem das Bett im Flur extra bezahlt werden musste. Der Parkplatz für größere Kfz ist eine Herausforderung.

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Nach einer sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch Didier, den Besitzer, haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. In diesem traumhaft restauriertem Landhaus ist einfach alles vorhanden, was einen erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht. Die perfekte Lage ist für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die traumhafte Bretagne perfekt. Absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci. Tanja und Peter.

Jolie maison de caractère très bien aménagée.

La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille près d’un cimetière donc calme garanti. Très bien rénovée avec aménagement soigné. Dispose d’une jolie petite terrasse et d’un jardin pour profiter d’un déjeuner en extérieur. Seule petite critique, le rez de chaussée est malheureusement imprégné d’une forte odeur d’humidité qui fait qu’on a pas envie d’y rester pour manger… mais à part ça la maison et l’accueil était irréprochable.😉
