Located in the top end of the top end streets in the centre of Copenhagen, this 120m2 apartment has a front view to the park Øster Anlæg, and the National Gallery. The location is exceptionally quiet, but with only 2 min. walk to a vibrant street with bars and restaurants, and 10 minutes walk to the main pedestrian shopping street.

The apartment has a classical layout in a historic building. It consist of five rooms; two double bed room, one dining room, a living room, a guest room (where the housemaid used to live), a kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.

We have more than 20 years of experience with rentals, and can guarantee a professional service. Shortly after the booking you will receive more detailed information about the apartment, keys, checking in and out, and the unique location.

Excellent location

Very comfortable apartment in the perfect location in Copenhagen. Nice restaurants around the corner as well as grocery stores. Very convenient to central Copenhagen and all the places of interest.

When we first arrived our host was there to greet us, the communication beforehand was excellent. The apartment was amazing, clean and spacious and in an excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen, just a short walk between two tram stops. There were shops and cafes close by and lots of castles and museums, we all had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to all who are looking to travel and explore Copenhagen - our thanks for letting us stay in this amazing apartment!

Quiet, convenient location

Great homebase for our family.

The apartment was spacious and suited our 4 person family perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. We had difficulty getting a response about some questions we had (e.g., the garbage), but we mostly figured everything out.

Wonderful stay in central Copenhagen

Lovely apartment located in central Copenhagen, close to bus and metro stops and directly across the street from a beautiful park and several museums. The apartment was light, airy and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. The property owner was very friendly, accommodated our early arrival and quickly answered questions. It was a great home base for our two week stay in Denmark.

Inner city Copenhagen

This is a fantastic upscale location in an historic building. We had enough room for all four of us, and enjoyed hanging out in the large, light rooms. Niels was an excellent host, available when needed and knowledgeable about the area. We walked to the city center in a few minutes, Rosenborg castle was a quick walk through the park acrosm

Excellent Location

Location of the property is amazing. It’s walking distance to all major attractions and a train station (if someone wants to see castles outside the city). On the hand, it’s very quiet and safe neighborhood. Please note, this is more than 150 years old building. The original flooring is preserved in the flat! A lot of elements (like two buttons electrical switches) belong to another century. Everything is perfectly operational and well preserved. This is building with personality owned by the same family for many, many years. We had great time staying there.

De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van winkels, parken en centrum. De straat is zeer rustig, geen verkeersgeluiden. Als je van een mooi, authentiek oud pand houdt, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Supervriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Prima bedden en veel ruimte.

Schöne Altbauwohnung in guter und ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, da Ziele fußläufig erreichbar waren. Ausstattung der Wohnung - alles vorhanden, was für unseren 5 tägigen Aufenthalt erforderlich war. Früher Check In unkompliziert durch Niels möglich.
