What a sweet cottage! We had three adults and two children stay and there was room for us all. The host left a fully stocked snack basket which my kids loved. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. It snowed overnight and before we were up, the driveway was plowed and the front walkway cleared! We had a great stay and will return if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is very cute and the Holiday decorations were very much appreciated. Even though the weather outside was fairly cold the cottage was warm and toasty. It had everything we needed and more. Jamie was a fantastic host and very responsive. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Very cute cottage. Easy walk to the marina, restaurant. This property was exceptionally clean! What a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable and little snacks, condiments were helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Set back from the road, so it was very quiet.

Great location to restaurants, the Clinton outlets and beach. The house was very clean and maintained cool temperatures throughout the hot weather days. The host would check in periodically to make sure the stay was going well. Great spot to stay and would recommend to others.

Delightful Beach Cottage

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend at the beach, with sunset walks, lobster rolls, stellar local swimming beaches, great food and antiques....and a tidy comfortable home base for 2 parents and 2 kids. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, down to the extra ice packs for your beach cooler. Inviting shaded deck with full dining/seating, plus we could walk 5min to a fantastic seafood shop. Excellent water pressure & full air conditioning, lovely modern kitchen, great firm mattresses. Most important -- a responsive & attentive host. A real VRBO winner, 10/10!

Convenient & adorable

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The cottage was just perfect! It was clean, the kitchenware was very useful, and it was perfectly situated for exploring CT. The host was very clear and helpful. No notes!! This place is perfect for a getaway!!!

Cute, cozy cottage

This cottage was perfect for our stay! The place was very well maintained, the lofted area was so beautiful, and the rooms were roomier than anticipated. Check-in was a breeze and Jaime added thoughtful touches (like a snack bowl!) to make our stay feel special. Definitely recco for visiting the area with a core group of friends!

Absolutely adorable, cozy cottage with great location!

This is our second time staying here! Last year we used it as a home base for all sorts of activities around CT with family. This year, due to age and some medical issues, the cottage served as a perfect home away from home to have all family come for day visits! Perfect either way. And Jamie is a wonderful, welcoming host!!!

Clean, cozy, comfortable

Needed a place to stay in order to attend a wake and funeral. The cottage was very comfortable as a place to sleep and relax in between family events. The upstairs loft could be challenging for young kids but my 20-somethings did just fine. The primary bedroom had a large closet which we used to hand up dressier clothes. There was good coffee and snacks at the house.

Excellent house in Clinton

The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach, ride your bicycle and go out to eat. Everything is very close by. The house was immaculate, the A/C, washer dryer and all appliances seemed brand new. The deck was great for morning yoga and evening drinks. I’ve never been to a vrbo which was as well stocked as this. Plenty of beach towels, snacks and a very comfortable place to work out of. The host is tops. We will return next summer for sure.

Beautiful! But only two bedrooms.

The “third bedroom” is actually a loft with two twin beds, but it is open to the living room area with no door to separate. We made it work and had a lovely stay anyway, but families should know that about the layout in advance. Very clean, great location, comfortable. Perfect for families!

Compact and Complete

This cozy property may seem small but it is organized with care to provide all that you might need. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is full of welcome touches including a generous snack basket, coffee, sugar, and half and half. The deck is a great place to sit and listen to the birds and enjoy being outdoors. The location is convenient to all the destinations along that part of the shore, and there are many nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Jaime was extremely responsive and went the extra mile to make our stay easy and fun. All in all this was a great place to stay.

The ocean breeze from Long Island Sound keeps the summers cool and the winters just a little warmer. Clinton is charming and surrounded by quintessential New England towns. If you are staying with us in the summer, we love all of the Stand Up Paddle board rentals along the marina. If you are staying with us during the fall, you will want to see and experience the beauty.
