Welcome to this charming waterfront cottage in Old Saybrook. This nice one-bedroom retreat offers guests a cozy bedroom and living room with sliders to the deck with an incredible view of the marina. Watch the boats sail by as you eat on the lovely deck or relax on the private sand beach. Great for adults looking for one level living and a relaxing atmosphere, as well as small family looking for beach fun. The living room has a queen pull out sofa and a twin pull out sofa. Wake up to the sunrise with coffee on the small grassy lawn or sandy beach. Use the outdoor shower after a day of fun at the beach. All amenities of Indiantown Beach Association available to renters, including two private beaches, playground and basketball court. 2 paddleboards, kayaks and bicycles available to guests.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The cottage was in a fantastic location with quick and easy access to two beaches. The small beach out back was perfect for our toddler and watching the boats come into the marina. Highly recommend.

A wonderful cottage with a lovely owner in a beautiful seaside community! Kayaks, SUPs, two beaches, a playground and a basketball court nearby. Three houses from the beach. Can't get much closer. The cottage has everything you need including an outdoor shower and hose. The deck is huge and the cottage is adorable!!! I recommend the following places nearby: Fresh Salt, Pasta Vita, Pursuit of Pastry, Little Polska, Lobster Landing (Clinton) and it wouldn't be summer without visiting the Dairy Queen down the street! Marcie is an ideal and communicative host. Hoping to return next year!!
