The property was just as described and had a beautiful oceanfront view. The loft area was perfect for our needs. Location is quiet and out of the touristy area and the owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This property is a great value for a beachfront, cute Condo with a pool. I definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect condo for our spring break stay. We have three boys (13, 10 and 6) and the loft bedroom was a great space for them. We loved the proximity to the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella included were great. Highly recommend this condo as it’s a quieter stretch of beach. We didn’t feel crowded at all.

We really loved our stay. The condo was nice, clean and beautiful. The view was great and the beach prefect. We loved the fact that only nine units shared the beachfront. We will come back again.

Comfortable and clean. Great beach and pool access. Beach front not overly crowded. Beach chairs and umbrella reserved for us was really nice! Good communication with the hosts. We definitely plan to return.

Awesome condo with great view and beach access!

The condo was great! It was clean and was exactly as the pics depicted it. The view and access to the beach was great! You can't be more than 75yds to the water. The chair service was excellent and although the beach was crowded up and down the beach, it was not at the condo. Another bonus is that you are very close to Stewby's (great food). We would definitely stay there again.

Vacation July 2023

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the beach house and how stocked it was! Owners super responsive with messages sent out and even gave us surprise goodies. Location was beautiful, water very clear and weather perfect. Would recommend to friends and family, plan on returning!

The location is perfect for a view of the Gulf. It was just my daughter and I. She loved the loft. We each had our own space.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and great location. Loved the balcony furniture. Would like to have had the Check-in list a few days in advance so that we could have been more prepared with essentials that were needed. Such as extra lg trashbags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. The weather was perfect and the inclusion of beach service (chairs and umbrella) was a nice touch!! We most definitely be calling you again!! Thanks so much for a great stay.
