DESCRIPTION:
- New apartment with high-end services on the top floor of a luxury waterfront residence located 5 minutes walk from shops and the city center
- Large 23 m2 terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Calvi, the Citadel and the mountains, ideal for taking all your meals, resting in front of a superb landscape. Prime location to admire the fireworks of July 14 and August 15.
- Apartment including a living room facing the sea with 2 sofas (1 of 3 places and 1 of 2 places), American kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed with sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom with separate toilet
- Fitted kitchen (Bosch appliances) with integrated washing machine and dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, pyrolysis oven and microwave. Small appliances: coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, pressure cooker, blender
- Bathroom: large extra flat shower tray 170 X 80, heated towel rail with built-in speakers and Cabasse high definition sound
- Fully air-conditioned apartment
- Free Wi-Fi internet access

What a wonderful apartment, just perfect in every way! Clean, airy, comfy beds, fully equipped, 10 min walk to the centre of Calvi with lovely shops and restaurants, 5 min walk to the beach, supermarket 2 min drive or 10 min walk, no car needed.Caroline was lovely and incredibly helpful and gave us lots of site seeing ideas.Thank you for a wonderful week!

Wonderful apartment

Fantastic location. Right on the beach and in walking distance of the city center. Great terras with ocean views and clear sight of the Citadel. Deli around the corner and a supermarket a stroll away. Everything you need for comfort is at the apartment; wifi, dishwasher, laundromat, airconditioning in every room. We had a great stay. Thank you Caroline, it was wonderful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants dans ce superbe appartement idéalement situé et bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique sur la baie de Calvi et la citadelle. UN MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR "Les restaurants

On ne pouvait rêver mieux. Magnifique appartement avec sa terrasse donnant sur la Baie de Calvi et sa citadelle, prestations haut de gamme, rien ne manquait. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.Plage à 50m, commerces à proximité, Port et Centre ville à 10 mn à pied. Merci à notre hôte Caroline pour son accueil, sa prévenance et sa gentillesse, ainsi que pour ses très bonnes adresses : le traiteur L'orée des Pins, le restaurant Aux bons amis, le Spar..En ce qui nous concerne nous recommandons également les restaurants La Voute dans la Citadelle, Comme chez soi sur le Port.

Équipement et emplacement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 filles. L’appartement est idéalement équipé et climatisé. La terrasse avec vue sur la plage et la citadelle est un vrai plus. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied : plage, commerce de bouche, centre de Calvi et citadelle. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour parfait!

Appartement conforme aux photos et très agréable à vivre. Vue de la grande terrasse et de la chambre principale exceptionnelle. Emplacement parfait (on peut tout faire à pied), calme, excellente literie, propreté irréprochable, équipement cuisine de qualité, salle de bain spacieuse. Caroline est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive. A noter que la deuxième chambre ne bénéficie pas de l'accès à la terrasse et la vue exceptionnelle de la chambre principale.

Très bon accueil à l’arrivée, Caroline nous a donné de très bons conseils. L’appartement, très propre, est très bien placé: proche de toutes commodités, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Calvi, très belle vue sur la citadelle et les montagnes. À 30 secondes de la plage. Je recommande.

Eine wundervolle Terrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht

Wir empfanden Calvi zwar als sehr schön, aber auch erschreckend touristisch. Die Ruhe auf unserem Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Rundblick hat das wieder ausgeglichen. Mit Caroline hatten wir eine hilfsbereite, zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Danke an Caroline!

Traumurlaub in Calvi

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Calvi. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber, die Lage ist optimal, ruhig, kein Verkehrslaerm, die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und vom Kuechenfenster ist grandios. Vielen lieben Dank an Caroline, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und uns gleich noch ein paar Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugsziele gegeben hat. Alles zusammen : perfekt!

Absolutely good. Very clean and well equipped apartment on the top floor.very nice seaview and a view of the citadel. Caroline was a very nice person and easy to reach. Would strongly recommend this apartment.
