Composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, shower room, separate wc, a terrace of 11 m2 with sea and harbor view, with a blind and a second terrace at the rear of 15 m2. Covered parking in the basement. Air conditioning as a whole. Located 3 minutes from the center, shops and docks, 20 minutes from Collioure on foot. Bus at 1 euro throughout the department. End of stay cleaning to be carried out.

This place is perfect! So clean and well equipped! The balcony was heaven, with a gorgeous view. It was the best place for our week in Port Vendres, check in was easy, everything went really smoothly. We hope to come back. It was a very special week!

The apartment was very well equipped and close to all amenities. It was very clean and had two balconies to catch morning and evening sun. Ability to garage car was a huge positive. Highly recommend to others visiting Port Vendre.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte particulièrement agréable. Spacieux, très propre, bien équipé. Très confortable. Place de stationnement réservé à l'appartement. La résidence très accueillante. Le voisinage discret et calme. Belle vue sur le quartier du port. Nous avons découvert la ville de Port-Vendres comme nous ne l'avions pas encore fait. Quel plaisir de pouvoir aller à Collioure à pied depuis la résidence, ainsi qu'au Cap Béar. Des jours superbes que nous nous remémorons avec plaisir.

Placé idéalement, l'ensemble de Port-Vendres étant accessible à pied. Pourvu d'une place de stationnement en sous-sol, un luxe indispensable dans la région. Locatie is midden in het dorp.Wij waren vooraf niet geïnformeerd dat werkzaamheden aan het balkon van de bovenburen zou plaatsvinden.Maandag,dinsdag en woensdag was een hoogwerker pal voor het balkon aanwezig en werd er geboord, geslepen en geschuurd.Forse geluidsoverlast en stevige inbreuk op een prettig verblijf.Weliswaar een tegemoetkoming van enkele flessen wijn kon echter de teleurstelling niet wegnemen.Vakantieadres had in deze week niet verhuurd mogen worden.

Effectivement des travaux ont eu lieu suite à un dégât des eaux, le propriétaire dit avoir été informé 2 jours avant votre arrivée cela m’a choqué! Je vous l’ai signalé mais je ne voulais pas annulé votre séjour. Cela a dû être compliqué pour vous j’en suis sincèrement désolée

tres bel appartement neuf

seul bémol le siphon de la douche est a refaire car il laisse passer de tres mauvaises odeurs.... a voir le plus vite possible pour une location

En effet le plombier a commandé une chaussette pour le Syphon qui ne fait plus son travail voilà plus d’une semaine tout sera en ordre au plus vite nous en sommes désolés
