(5 televisores en total) Más de 2300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con una piscina privada (sin vecinos traseros) en la piscina. Gran sala de juegos temáticos con mucho equipamiento. Wi-Fi gratis. 2 master suites, una habitación doble más y dos juegos de gemelos. Una habitación temática de 'Pooh Bear' para los 'pequeños'. Equipo para bebé gratuito, que incluye el último cochecito de jogger (3 ruedas), trona y cuna pac 'n play para su uso. La Villa tiene solo 5 años y está situada en la famosa Subdivisión Calabay Parc, a solo 9 millas de las puertas de Disney. ¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación!: Calabay Parc Subdivision es el lugar para estar. Con una arquitectura española única, esta subdivisión es una clase por encima del resto. Todos los propietarios se suscriben a la misma asociación para mantener las áreas comunes y sus propios jardines (es decir, usted no estará al lado de alguien que no mantenga su propiedad con basura en todas partes). Calabay está a solo 12 minutos en coche de Disney y está maravillosamente ubicado con todos los servicios locales.


Los huéspedes recientes han vuelto a reservar para el próximo año y no planean decirles a sus hijos que están cerca de Disney para que puedan 'relajarse' en la Villa que les impresionó tanto.

This house has everything you could possibly need!!! The master suite has a king size bed and an amazing large soaker tub. We had not a single issue all week and my family had the most relaxing time.

Happy Holidays

Loved the amenities at this villa. fantastic games room for the older kids. Great to relax round the pool after enjoying the theme parks, all within easy reach. This was so much better value than a hotel. The villa is very well equipped, clean and well maintained by the Management Company. If you've never rented before you will find the owner, Helen, happy to make it an enjoyable, easy experience.

Great Family Vacation

We would have given this home a five, as the host was great and beds were very comfortable, however the game area is not air conditioned and it was really too hot to use it. The road was very narrow and people were not curious when it came to parking, the neighbors had at least 6 cars at all times parked in front of the home! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Thanks for the great review. We offer two off road parking spaces for your stay which were always available to you. The games area offers ample giant ceiling fans to keep the area cooled - unfortunately, Florida was experiencing an extended heat wave during your stay. Thank you for letting us know of the damage your grandson caused while at the villa, always appreciate an upfront guest, and we fully understand that accidents happen, and we are happy to take care of the repair at our cost.

5* accommodation - this is our 3rd stay and we will be back!!

This villa has it all, from the location to the amenities, we can't wait to return. We have stayed near Disney for over 15 years and this is the only villa where we feel that there is nothing missing. The games area and private pool are wonderful for our 3 kids for our down days from the parks. High speed internet has been fantastic for my husband to work during our stay. Smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube TV are essential for my kids - thank you! Communication with the owner is always super fast and very helpful. Already booked for 2024!!

Great Rental! Would rent this house again.

The house was exactly as described in the rental information. It is in a nice community, within minutes of Disney and surrounding attractions. About 1.5 hours to Clearwater & under 2 hrs to Cocoa Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. There was a bottle of wine waiting when we got there and the property was clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms are large and can accomodate 10 people easily. We paid the little extra for pool heat and it was money well spent. Our kids swam every day and loved the pool. We liked being able to see the kids in the pool from the living room, and the 2 master bedrooms (each had a door going out to the pool). The kids enjoyed the game room and it was so nice being able to wash and dry our clothes before heading home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to my friends and family. For the price, it is so much better than staying in a hotel. I wouldn't even think twice about staying somewhere else when we go back to Florida.

Great Stay

Our time at this property was so relaxing and convenient. We live in Orlando, but needed a two week stay nearby. Helen was extremely helpful and accommodating. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in a home away from home. Rates were very reasonable. Teenagers and small kids love both the pool and the game room, and there was lots of space for everyone. There were lots of pool toys and lounge chairs. Since there are no neighbors in the back and limited visibility with the neighbors on each side (there was no one there at either place most of the time we were there), the pool seems very private. Plenty of pool towels are stored in the hall closet. The kitchen is large and well-equipped; every time I thought we’d have to go buy something like a can opener, corkscrew or hair dryer we found that it was all there. Plenty of games and videos are stored under the television in the living room. The pool doors and windows all have alarms, which is essential for pool living. Master bath is large, with nice shower and large tub. There are lots of great places to eat nearby and many delivery places. Since there are a lot of tourist homes in this neighborhood. The delivery places leave lots of coupons and are familiar with the community. Disney is closer to this home than to most resorts in the Orlando area. Tampa Bay is also just a short drive. Check out I-Drive and the Universal area (north of Disney by about 10-15 minutes I think) for shopping and extra entertainment. Access is very easy since there’s a lock box that holds the key; no need to meet any one. Maintenance/pool service comes Monday morning and works quickly without bothering anyone. What a great place! Thanks!

The house is nice and spacious. It has everything you need specially if you have little ones. The owner was very responsive and was on top of the things that needed some attention. Overall we had a great time and the pool was so nice to have.

Beautiful, comfortable stay

We loved our time at this property. We booked two months, but were unfortunately only able to stay a tiny fraction of that time. We loved the property, the pool, and the surrounding area. The property is exactly as pictured, if not better. The property owner is an amazing communicator, and is always available for any issues large or small. She even went out of her way to provide a small treat for our dog. The property is very pet-friendly, and our little dog enjoyed his stay, as well. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy, because we learned the hard way that a “no cancellation” and “no refund” policy can really wreak havoc on your budget if something happens and you are unable to stay. In the very least, purchase travel insurance. This is no fault of the owner, of course, just a hard lesson we learned.

Fantastic villa - already booked for next year!

We loved the villa this was our 4th time to Orlando and this villa has everything. The boys loved the games room on the off days from the park and the pool is great as it is not overlooked by having a villa behind you. Helen is very responsive and made us feel welcome with a bottle of wine in our arrival. We have already booked for next year and would recommend this place to others.

Pretty Good!!

First off, I'd like to thank Helen for her patience with us and the communication during the booking process.As far as the house goes it was pretty good and the pictures doesnt do it justice.Our stay there was soo comfortable that we didnt leave the house a for a couple of days.Only problem we had ( and its not Helen's fault) was that ee met garbage tin already full. We couldnt utilize the tin because the previous renter had it overflowing with garbage.We literally had to dispose of the garbage ourselves with Hefty bags we bought from the local dollar store.Other than that, we had the time of our lives and it was the first time we stayed in Davenport and it certainly wont be the last.We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

This villa has everything!!!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Helen's villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We booked early as we know that this villa gets booked up (we were disappointed last year not to be able to stay here). The games room is great and our twins didn't want to leave it to come home - really nice to have a safe area for the kids while we sit round the pool. The bottle of wine on arrival is a nice touch but it's Helen's attention to detail that proves a winner for us! Thank you and we'll be back next year.

Lovely location, lovely home

We have stayed in Davenport many times but this was our first time on Calabay Parc. Lovely and quiet but brilliantly situated for all amenities in the ever increasing population of Davenport! Helen's home is lovely and the management company responded very quickly to problem with the A/C. Highly recommend

Awesome.....the villa we have stayed in yet!!!

Fantastic stay! The owner, Helen, made sure that everything was taken care of before and during our stay. She even had everything we ordered from the supermarket at the house and put away in the fridge and pantry. The villa is well stocked with games and movies and was very clean for our arrival. The games room was used every day by our boys and the quiet pool was great for our early morning and late evening swims after the parks. We've stayed in villas for the past 15 years and this one is at the very top of our list - we will be back and soon!

Impressive!

As a family of 5, we travel to Disney at least once a year - we've stayed in a lot of properties in and around Orlando - this one beats them all. Helen, the owner, was very responsive to our requests and needs before we arrived and the local management company helped us with great suggestions during our stay. The villa was spotless and it was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The location is great, near to a Publix Supermarket and a 24/7 Walmart but is very quiet set in an upmarket subdivision with no rear neighbors and privacy hedges around the pool. We used the BBQ almost every day for our meals and the shade under the lanai is great for the afternoon. The kids loved the games room on our down days from the parks. Thank you for sharing your wonderful villa with us and we will be in touch for next year's stay!

We rented this house for the month of March 2015 and it was everything they said it was. The owner was very easy to work with and the management company went above what was expected. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would for sure book again when in the area. Everything we needed was near by with lots of place to shop and to eat. This is as good as it gets - look no further !

Booking your holiday can start exciting and then become a real bind, endless reviews read, options shortlisted, comparisons made and even then you're not quite sure. Well hopefully I can help. My family and I have travelled quite a lot and rented many Villa's and holiday homes. Honestly - as a whole package you wont get better than this one if you're going to Florida and its attractions. Here are the key bits : The villa is very well appointed with modern and fit for purpose equipment. The place is extremely clean and hygienic - the owner works to make the place suitable for allergy sufferers and its spotless. The booking, payment and insurance process is slick and professional. The management company are incredibly supportive (we had one very minor issue and a workman fixed that within an hour). The pool and games room are great. Calabay Parc is an excellent community that is perfect for Disney - its 20 minutes away maximum ; this closeness allows for early starts - middle of day returns to the Villa and then later returns to Disney (day parking applies at Disney so you can leave/return). There are great restaurants and take aways in the area and theres a fully working BBQ poolside. Our family had a great time here and the reason I've written so much is to ensure that as many people as possible get the chance to benefit from the hard work that the owner (Helen) has put in to make this a great Villa to take a holiday at - this really is as good as it gets as a package ; look no further.

clean, well kept, made ourselves right at home!!

Had a great stay!!! The property had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. The pool was a hit with our granddaughters and our 5 year old granddaughter discovered that she is a whiz at ping pong!!
