Amazing stay! My son and his friends loved this home! The only thing I would suggest is adding parking and grill use included, I was shocked at having to pay for parking for each vehicle seperate from the stay. Overall, the hosts were amazing, and the home was beautiful! I would certainly come back again!

The $20 per vehicle fee referenced is a resort/HOA registration fee required by the community, and it is disclosed in the listing as being paid directly to the homeowner’s association—not to us. Regarding the BBQ grill, the small fee helps cover professional cleaning and propane refills to ensure each guest receives a clean, safe, and ready-to-use grill experience. We aim to keep everything in top condition for every stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so glad you had a wonderful visit. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Overall stay was excellent. There were issues in the master bathroom and hot tub. Bathroom was taken care of immediately. The hot tub too half of our week to get resolved but the property manager was on it daily until it got fixed.

Communication was great. Beds a little stiff and the door alarm for the pool needs to be fixed on the outside. The showers scream when you use them. Pictures could be updated. Pool was great!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say! First of all, Andrienne was so helpful and made everything so easy! She always responded right away to my emails! Second of all, the house was exactly what the pictures showed and so much more! The house was clean and comfortable! The pool was clean and was warmed up for us on arrival. The children were able to jump right in! Third of all, it was so affordable! We will definitely remember this house and Sunny Stay for future stays! Thank you again to Andrienne and VRBO!

The host was always helpful and responded almost immediately to all questions. The home is impeccably clean and well organized. Our well behaved dog was welcomed. The area is gated, extremely safe, and peaceful. Grandkids loved the pool area and themed bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay
