Avec seulement 5 à 7 secondes de marche de la piscine et à 5 à 7 minutes de la plage, El Cortez Villa 123 offre un environnement familial idéal pour un court séjour de week-end ou pour en savoir plus sur notre semaine spéciale, le cas échéant.

La villa El Cortez dispose de 2 piscines et d'une promenade en bois récemment construite et accessible en voiturette de golf menant à la plage. Une atmosphère calme offre aux clients un agréable moment de détente au bord des piscines, où des barbecues sont situés à proximité.

Les villas El Cortez sont à 5 minutes en voiture de Port Aransas, où vous pourrez trouver une journée complète de shopping et de restaurants pendant votre séjour. Ne vous inquiétez pas si vous n'avez pas votre propre bateau car le port A propose de nombreuses chartes de pêche privées et en groupe. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil avec une croisière sur la jetée ou faites une excursion pour observer les dauphins. Il y a toujours beaucoup de pêche au surf à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la plage.

L'unité 123 offre 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, avec une occupation maximale de 6 personnes - les limites d'occupation maximale sont appliquées.

Toutes les parties doivent être âgées d'au moins 25 ans, à moins d'être accompagnées par un parent.

L'unité n ° 123 a un lit King dans la chambre principale et un lit Queen dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon parfait pour les enfants. La chambre peut accueillir 6 personnes maximum. Une cuisine bien approvisionnée facilite la préparation du dîner, mais il y a aussi une fosse B-B-Que derrière la piscine si vous souhaitez griller. Une télévision est fournie dans chaque chambre et dans le salon. Wi-Fi gratuit aussi! Cette unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Les installations comprennent: télévision, Internet sans fil gratuit, accès aux fosses et aires de pique-nique pour barbecue, buanderie, 1 promenade de la plage, 2 piscines, jeu de palets, maison de poisson.

This was a great property for me and my family. We were attending a wedding and it was in a great location with easy beach access. The unit is older, but was very clean. It’s convenient to the beach by golf cart, but is within walking distance. The owner was exceptional. He communicated in a timely manner and was very responsive.

First time to Port A

This was our first time visiting Port A and we had a great time! The location was amazing! Easy access to the beach, pool was outside our front door, next door to cinnamon shores north where we walked each morning to a cute little coffee shop for breakfast. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Hello Brandy. Sorry you have lost your articles while visiting Port Aransas. Housekeeping did not find either item. Hopefully you did not leave them by the pools or beach. I’m sorry you have not reached me but you have not contacted since before you arrived. Good location but hard to find. It’s behind Durado Dunes and next to Cinnamon Shores. It is not directly on the highway and not at the second Cinnamon Shores location. We had trouble with the WiFi. It worked better once reset but it couldn’t stream a movie so we had to use our phone to hot spot. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Even beach stuff. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Great price for larger parties.

Family Getaway

This is such a sweet little spot. It's not too far from anything but not too close the touristy folks. It is decorated so cute. The rooms were larger than expected. Loved having our own walkway to the beach. The golf carts can be delivered and are reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay. Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful beach/flamingo themed condo, seconds from the pool and a little bit of a walk to the beach. The condo community was quiet during our stay. The amenities in the condo were great. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous beach break

Had everything we needed, close to the beach and especially the pool. We were able to prepare food at the condo, and take care of laundry. The beds are awesome. Communicated with owner over a minor issue, reply was prompt and resolved the issue. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

Thanksgiving

This was our first trip to The Island with family for Thanksgiving. This little villa was perfect for my family of 4. It was very clean & smelled really nice every time we came in the door, which is a plus in my book!! It had everything I needed to prepare several sides for Thanksgiving dinner. The owners were so nice & answered any questions I had in a timely manner, as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay & look forward to staying again in the near future!

Labor Day getaway

The Flamingo House was a great! s The bedrooms were a nice size and I liked that each room had their own bathroom/shower! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also very helpful! We drove to the beach due to the amount of stuff we needed to bring for my granddaughter, but it is definitely walkable! The area seemed very quiet as well. The kitchen was well equipped which was very nice. Communication with the owner was wonderful- quick response with any question I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place except TV problems

Couldn't watch TV as the Spectrum remote only tuned the TV off and on. Not resolved before we left. But we were only there for 2 nights. No on-site maintenence person if you run into issues like that TV problem or the keyless entry on 1 of the 2 doors seem to have dead battery. I will stay in another place next time.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience and hope you find a more suitable location on your next visit. Concerning the TV issues we do subscribe, as the majority of the island, spectrum TV and internet. There are times we do have island wide trouble with service especially when there are storms in the area. El Cortez Villas does have onsite property manage that will handle every type of emergency service however not TV or internet service issues. Spectrum or our housekeeping team does manage that for us and did respond the next morning since the call came in after hours. Lori, I regularly stay informed of the nightly rates of comparable properties and I’m pleased to offer our guests the most competitive rates you will find in PA. I do believe you will find properties with a wide variety of amenities and I hope you find the right place for you on your next visit. Again, thank you for staying with us!

Flamingo House

The Flamingo House in Port A was nice….had everything we needed & extras but it would’ve been nice if the TV had a little more detail instructions since we were trying to get it turned on for about 30 min….also I think the light bulb in the main bedroom on the lamps AND ceiling fan need changing. Had issues every time with the bedside lamp. Otherwise it’s cute & within the distance we needed to get to our other party close to town. Would stay here again. Cute and good location

Overall a good stay, however, the tv in the guest bedroom did not work- it was not even connected. We reported and did get a response, but unfortunately, no resolution- which I understand because of the short time frame. After going through reviews, I noticed the guest room tv issue was mentioned by a prior guest. If the tv issue cant be resolved, maybe the amenities need to be updated on the site. It would have been nice to be able to relax and watch tv in the evenings. Other than that, really no complaints. The accommodations were good and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here, just be aware of the tv issue in the guest room.

Decent Beach House

Pros - the owner was super friendly and responsive. The Flamingo house was located close to the beach and other attractions such as shopping, dining, etc. I thought the Flamingo theme was cool. Cons - the following items, while not deal breakers, definitely detracted from our stay. The internet service was spotty at best and would randomly go out for extended periods of time. We'd come home from the beach and the wifi would drop and then it would come back on and go out again. The TV/cable would glitch/freeze/stutter for unknown reasons and certainly more often than we would have liked. The pool, while clean, was simply unusable due to the ungodly high water temperature. It was literally like bath water and the opposite of refreshing. It might be a bit unfair to hold this against the owner/property. I get it...it is Texas in the summer but its worth mentioning that the pool isn't really an option. Overall,

Nice. Not great, but a decent deal for the money

The host communicates well. The neighborhood is decent. The pool could use some work and be cleaner. The interior of the home is nice but could also be a little cleaner. The guest room is really nice but the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) needs updated/cleaned. The host was very good and helpful with our questions/requests.

Sweet Little Condo

Our family of 5 stayed here. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this property. The boardwalk to the beach was so NICE! The pool was well taken care of and the community was super quiet. Nice amenities

The condo looks just like the pictures they post and my mom loved all of the flamingos. It's great that there's a private bathroom in each bedroom. Loved sitting outside with coffee in the morning and watching the hummingbirds and dragonflies. Loved that the pool is about 6 steps from the condo and the beach access is a short walk. What I didn't like at all was walking into the condo for the first time and seeing dead roaches on the floor and finding live ones throughout the week. This is my first trip to Port Aransas and I don't know if this is just normal to expect anywhere I would go there? But it made the week stressful always being on the watch for them and not sleeping well at night in case they were in the bedrooms.

Condo clean however…

The condo was cute and clean however I was taken aback by 3 dead roaches on den floor and 3 live ones…one on kitchen counter and two on den walls. Maybe someone exterminated. Also tv in master didn’t work for us. After being out a lot of day it would have been nice to flop down in bed to watch a bit of tv.

Cute Condo: Walking Distance to the Beach!

Great experience over all: Good communication with the owner Condo was cleaned and in good shape Pool is right outside the front door Beach is a walk across the parking lot and down the path Plenty of amenities for convenience, but you'll need to bring some things, depending on your preferences, like your own water filter pitcher or bottled water, if you don't want to drink from the tap. The freezer has an ice maker, but there's no filtered water dispenser. There are some basic spices if you're going to eat in. There were coffee and powdered creamer, but no filters. There was a fresh dish sponge, but no liquid... minor inconveniences really. The beds were fine, the appliances worked, the water pressure was good, and there were enough positive attributes to outweigh any of the other stuff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.
