Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la playa y minutos de restaurantes y tiendas.

Triplex con piscina privada, barbacoa, en propiedad totalmente decorada.

Esta casa recién enumerados diversión se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa!

La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos modernos (incluyendo una parte superior estufa eléctrica, un microondas y una cafetera programable). Usted se sentirá como usted está casa- con la playa a pocos pasos de distancia! Gran dormitorio principal con una hermosa vista del mar de esta unidad tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. Dormitorio (1) cama King Size Dormitorio (2) Una litera (doble / completa) con cama nido. En la habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama (2 personas) y una silla super cómodo! Un buen lugar para ver la televisión en el televisor de pantalla plana o para sentarse y charlar con los amigos mientras escucha las olas de la playa. La sala de estar se abre a su propio patio privado. Tendrá acceso a WiFi (Haga clic en Internet en Servicios para iniciar sesión) y cable. Ropa de cama y toallas.

Good times

Condo was in a great location. You can walk to beach, very close to restaurants and bars and fishing spots including jetties, pier, and boat slip. Hot tub and pool were nice and secluded.

Great family getaway!

Upon driving up to the property, the house looked great! We had unit A. Apart from the foyer, the unit is ALL upstairs. With an infant, I would have appreciated that in the description. The views, furniture, location, décor, deck and pool were amazing! Only drawback: construction noise at the Dunes Condominium. They worked 8-5pm so evening was peaceful.

Casa by the Sea - a wonderful two bedroom home with views of the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Casa by the Sea unit A. It’s location is great. There is a flight of stairs up as you enter, but the main living area provides views of the gulf along with a nice outdoor deck and is just a short walk to the beach. There is also a nice shared pool at the location. The unit and pool were very clean upon our arrival. We traveled with our dog, and the backyard area which includes the pool is fenced in and has grass areas. Location great for not only the beach, but close to many downtown restaurants, grocery and dock area. Communication with the host was quick and accommodating. We look forward to another opportunity to stay !

Great location, loved the pool

Unit was clean with adequate supplies for our stay. Great views of beach from 2nd floor. Pool was so nice after a day at the beach. Some upgraded bath towels would be my only recommendation.

There are 3 units, with A being the largest, with full kitchen, good sized living area and a deck with ocean view. There were other people in the other units while we were there but we didn't hear them.

I had 3 19 year boys and myself. We had lots of privacy and plenary of room. Pool was heavenly

The private pool and deck were extras. I could access the awesome deck from the master room and the boys could access from the family room. We drove to the beach although we could have walked. The 2nd room had enough bed space for the the 3 boys. WiFi And cable were awesome. A tv in each room plus family room. Can’t say enough about the pool! House was private and close enough to grocery and restaurants. The pool lights up at night and the deck was really nice in the evening. Boys were able to have pizza delivered late at night too. Plenty of parking enough for 2 suvs and 2 golf carts. THis place was heavenly! All new appliances and counters. And the L shaped couch was just right for my basketball boys to spread out in. They were able to eat at kitchen counter or dining table. I plan to stay here every summer! That pool, though, well Worth it!!! I’ll be dreaming about that pool when I get back to Austin and 110 weather!

Enjoyable Stay at Port Aransas.

I enjoyed staying at this place, The pool and the proximity of the beach. The rooms were comfortable and had enough kitchen utensils for us to cook and have some coffee in the morning.

Relaxing, Fun, and convenient location to beach.

Clean and comfy. The pool you do share it with the other renters, if renters occupy the other units. BUT The pool was clean and fun. Perfect for right after the beach. Home is at Great location, very close to the beach. Definitely coming back again!

What an Awesome Place !!!!

I have been going to Port A for years and this is one of the Best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at. It is so close to the beach and you have your own pool. The Master Bed is great and the kids loved having their own room. So much better than any condo I've stayed at in Port A. The propery was very clean, nicely furnished and everything you need is there. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch relaxing and enjoying the peace. It is a Great place !! The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. I recommend this place and give it 5 stars..I will definately go there again.

My family took a vacation to Port Aransas, we found this condo online,it looked nice and was a two minute walk or less from the beach. We got there in the afternoon the unit was cleaned and was very comfortable,my family really enjoyed being there it felt like home away from home,the pool and hot tub were very nice right outside the back door, B.B.Q grill made it great if you like cooking outside.The comunication with the renter was great from the start of the rental until it was time to depart. If you are looking for a vacation rental this is the one to rent. I can't weight until we can get away again so that we can stay here again, I highly recommend Old town quaint for a vacation condo you will love it.

Great stay!

Went to this vacation home as a couples getaway and was great! Very privatized and the whole pool and hot tub is pretty much yours! Close walk to the the beach, and or a quick beach access drive. I would come stay here again next time I am in Port A! Good price on three night stay too!

We loved it and want to go back!!

Getting into the condo was easy with key on site and very flexible hours. Getting out, return key, was just as easy with no check out time posted. It was situated in the exact location that we were looking for; easy walking to the beach, pier and seawall at the port and easy walking to favorite restaurants. It was comfortable, soft comfy beds, lush towels, and really felt like home away from home. The picture above was not an exaggeration. The pool was too cold, but I spent the day in the hot tub and it was heaven. We will have this site bookmarked for our return trip!! Loved it.
