Ground floor two-bedroom duplex apartment, 40 m², with a southwest-facing balcony.

Living room with a double sofa bed, television, and fireplace.
Equipped kitchenette: oven, microwave, two-burner electric cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Terrace with garden furniture and beautiful mountain views.
Upstairs:
One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
One small bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm).
Shower room and separate toilet.
The residence's parking lot is located approximately 200 meters uphill, but you can also park near the apartment.
Tourist tax: current rate per night per person aged 18 and over.
End-of-stay cleaning available from €120.
Bed linen rental available: double bed €27, single bed linen €22, and towels €18.
Wi-Fi available for €50/week upon reservation.
