House was very roomy. The pool was great! Outdoor patio was a plus1 Good location for accessing College Station. Very generous with supplies and extras. Beds were comfortable. Lots of parking. Some areas could use a little TLC. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's home very much! He was easy to work with and very kind. The only issues we had were that the downstairs half bath was unavailable to us (which would have been very useful) and the trampoline was unavailable because of downed limbs (recent storm, most likely), but it didn't keep us from having a great time! The pool was wonderful! Thank you, Brian, for sharing your beautiful home!

Nice stay for my sons Ring Day

Had a big group, family and friends, for my son’s Ring Day. The house was spacious and fun with a cool retro vibe! Backyard was amazing—lush, several sitting areas, a pool. Perfect for an April weekend. We spent some time out on the deck. Wish we’d had even more time to enjoy it. Check-in was not until 5:30 which was a bit inconvenient. Overall a good stay.

Lives up to the name!

The Reunion House lives up to its name! We had the best time reuniting for Aggie game day at this rental. The house was super clean, the hosts were very helpful and kind (left us a goodie basket of snacks and essentials for the weekend), and the property was a perfect fit. I would definitely rent again with a group. The pool was great for the weather, close to everything, and the rooms were perfectly laid out for privacy but coming together! 10/10!!

We LOVED hosting Elizabeth and her crew! When we returned, it looked like no one had even been there! They were incredibly considerate and gracious guests. Weekend guests like this group make hosting fun and truly enjoyable. We were so touched to even find a thank you note awaiting us. Thank you Elizabeth and Co. Great House/Shady Owner

The house house was great. The owner, however, tried to extort extra money from me by making false accusations about my family and I. He claimed we smoked in his house. We smoked NOTHING in his house. He also claimed, via phone, that smoking was not allowed on the deck. That claim goes directly against the property description on your site that specifically states that smoking is "welcomed" on the patio/deck. The owner also left a camera plugged up in one of his bathroom closets. Additionally, we were to have access to the washer/dryer and refrigerator. The owner both left clothes in the washer/dryer AND left the refrigerator half full of HIS food. We, therefore, had to purchase coolers to store our perishable food. Finally, the grounds in the backyard (e.g., pool & grass) were not maintained well. The pool was dirty with vegetation and the grass needed to be cut. The owner also left bottles of alcohol out in the game room area. I had to secure these bottles as we had children around who could have accessed these bottles that were not correctly stored. The owner also instructed/asked us to strip all of the beds. Is that not part of the cleaning fees?

BUG INFESTED HOUSE-STAY CLEAR!!!!!!

Our large family booked this home to attend the George Strait concert. We arrived at the home on Friday evening,we had to contact the homeowner for access, he did not send the check in information prior to our arrival. Once we had the code and entered the property,we quickly realized this was a family occupied private home that they leave when the home is rented. The home is full of personal photos,kids trophies, shoes, backpacks, closets full of clothes and the refrigerator and pantry were packed full of daily groceries. We rent through VRBO all the time,we have NEVER rented a home where it is “occupied” by the family and they leave for you to move in., it was a creepy feeling that we ALL did not enjoy. BUT… with that being said, we were there and chose to make the best of it. Instantly… we noticed in the kitchen and all surrounding rooms.. the house was infested with gnats! Literally flying everywhere!!!! They had a plug in insect device that was completely full of bugs.. it was absolutely disgusting! We spent the first night trying to kill them!!! I reached out to the homeowner and he admitted there was a problem and stated “I am so embarrassed and humiliated!” I asked him if he had more plug in devices for the gnats and he had two more delivered , plus a yard vacuum and suggested we try and vacuum the gnats! It was DISGUSTING!! We would have left, but everything was booked! Stay away from this property! He said he would give a refund, which he hasn’t!!! GROSS HOUSE!

AMAZING HOUSE!

This house is awesome!! We went for my buddy's 30th birthday and had a wonderful time. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for the weekend getaway for all our friends. The owners are very wonderful as well. They actually left a gift for my friends 30th birthday which was extremely thoughtful! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for an awesome place to have a fun weekend.

Fabulous stay!

Wonderful home with lots of room for a large group to spread out along with being convenient to everything. The owners were super thoughtful (even a welcoming basket!) and extra-communicative, which alleviated any worries about showing up somewhere 1500 miles away. Would recommend them and their lovely property to anyone heading to the College Station/Bryan area. Will gladly stay again!

Mike and his guests were a dream. We came home to a completely spotless house. Honestly, it was hard to tell than anyone had even been there! This crew was so easy to have that our neighbors didn't even know we'd had guests. When we signed up to host with Vrbo, we were hoping to be able to exchange this kind of experience with our guests. We *want* to host - not just make money. Hospitality is a high family value of ours. When guests like this group enjoy our home, it makes hosting fun and all the hard work and preparation 100% worth it. Thanks, Mike, and we would love to host you again sometime!
