Welcome to my Aggieland Retreat! Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the College Station city limits, this property has plenty of what makes a great home away from home. From Aggie events (home games, graduation, ring days, sports camps, campus visits, etc.) to family events (reunions, wedding/shower weekends), it just doesn't get much better than this!. With room to sleep 15, plenty of parking, acres of lush green lawns, a pool/hot tub, outdoor grill, firepit area and a gourmet kitchen that includes a Viking range, this may just be the serene and spacious retreat you've been looking for. Distance to Texas A&M University campus and College Station itself is only 15-20 minutes which means you can enjoy serenity just a few minutes away from amenities and restaurants.

Wonderful neighborhood, very safe. House is lovely, very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much.Elizabeth was very quick to respond to any questions. We definitely recommend staying here, it's great!

Nice backyard and pool area. Pool towels were great. Open floor plan downstairs was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beds however the trundle upstairs isn’t a room with a door, but does have a screen for privacy. Easy drive to Texas A&M campus.

11 Aggie moms stayed at this lovely house for parents' weekend. The house had enough beds and bathrooms for all of us, and there was plenty of room for parking. The property was so quiet, perfect after a long day of helping at boutique. Elizabeth gave us great information about check-in and check-out and was responsive when I emailed her with questions. We'd definitely stay here again!

By far the most organized host and seamless check in process we’ve had yet. Our host was extremely accommodating, attentive, and had terrific communication during our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience while making us feel special.The house was very clean and welcoming, and had everything we could have needed for a large group . There was plenty of extras like additional bedding, pool towels, and a full array of kitchen appliances. This host has thought of everything!We had guests with different ages and preferences, ( ranging 8 years to 75 years old) and this house made everyone happy. It was wonderful and offered a tranquil retreat for a busy graduation weekend.The location is only minutes from A & M and yet feels very quiet. Her check out process is simple and straight forward. This property and host exceeded our expectations!

Excellent property!

Private Retreat

Absolutely perfect stay. Close to everything in the area and privacy when we stayed at the house. Beautiful, gourmet kitchen, open floor plan and the pool and spa were fantastic after long days out and about. We highly recommend staying here.

Terrific find!

Our stay with 8 adults for an A&M football was relaxing and comfortable. The house is well stocked to eat in, lots of amenities, great pool area and not too far from campus. Would highly recommend!

Great House for a Large Group

Property was perfect for our group, we were at A&M for a long track meet. This house gave us a lot of room to rest and recover. Owner was very responsive.

Perfect A&M Venue

We got to spend our daughter’s ring day at this amazing property. This beautiful home was the perfect place to host her friends and our family. It has great flow and seating inside and out. Very well equipped for us to cook multiple meals. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Graduation Celebration

We loved being able to share memories for my son's high school graduation at Aggieland! The pool was the perfect spot to escape the heat and have fun! The house was spacious with plenty of room for 15 guests to be able to spread out and also have fun inside with board games, pool table and reading. Beautiful property and amazing hostess.

A&M Ring Ceremony weekend

This property had everything we needed for a long weekend as we celebrated our daughter’s ring ceremony and ring dunk! There was enough room for all our guests, the pool was amazing, and the peaceful scenery was a much needed break when not busy around town. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Pool was the hit of the family reunion

The house is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The pool is really nice! There was enough space for A lot of people. The house is clean, and the host was very accommodating. Just know, the host stays in another building On the other side of the Driveway while you are staying at the house.

Memorable weekend!

Elizabeth's property and home were perfect for family. The kids loved spending time in the pool/hot tub and playing basketball. The adults shared memories and time together indoors and outdoors. Elizabeth's house is inviting, perfect for entertaining, and was a great venue for our family gathering. We came into town to support my son's basketball team and the property was not far from the gym. Thank you for providing a place that created memories that will last a lifetime!

Fun Stay

We had a great time. A lot of amenities and host had great communication. The only clarification was that I was under the impression there was a 5th bedroom, but it was more just an upstairs nook. No problems, though!

Great home with lots of extras!

The host, home and property were great! Large, open spaces with lots to do (pool, hot tub, outdoor games, pool toys, swing, etc) Our only complaint would be the dog hair and dog smell. Dog hair was on everything & scentsy’s were everywhere, but it was still apparent.

I'm sorry you found dog hair and smelled my dogs. I try my very best to leave no trace of my dogs and have never had a complaint in the past but I will double my efforts in the future. Having said that, I found a broken wooden chair outside on the patio when I was removing the two huge bags of trash that should have been placed in the trash cans by the gate. I also found beer in the bottom of two of my trash cans (kitchen and patio) and a completely clogged toilet in the upstairs bathroom. In the future it would help any host you stay with to know about these issues at check out rather than finding them days later.

Fantastic relaxing place to stay for an Aggie weekend.

Great place to stay and relax for the family during an Aggie game weekend. Easy to get to campus. The pool was really enjoyed by all the kids during a hot Aggie football weekend. Every time we were back at the house they were in the pool. Very inviting. The hostess was very prompt with dealing with an AC problem we were having and had emergency technicians come out to get it up and running again. We really enjoyed our interactions with Elizabeth and her wealth of info for a game weekend. Overall a great place to stay.

Daughter’s College Graduation

We rented this house so that our entire family could stay together in one place for the weekend. This was, by far, the most well equipped rental home that I have ever stayed in. From pool towels to serving pieces, kids toys to comfortable living spaces inside and out-this place has it ALL! Elizabeth was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and definitely during our stay. She is warm, professional, and so inviting. I hate that this will be our last event in Aggieland,, but we picked a perfect home for the last hurrah. Thanks again, Elizabeth!

AGGIE Gathering

There were 11 of us that stayed at Elizabeth's wonderful Aggieland retreat. When we arrived the air-conditioner did not seem to be cooling . She had someone out there immediately & the problem was resolved. She is only a phone call away. The house is as advertised & very well equipped. Pool is a great plus. Our only negative was the upstairs shower. Tub was VERY slippery. Needed a shower mat & the water from the shower head hit us at our knees & it could not be adjusted. Not a big problem as the downstairs showers worked fine.

Howdy! My name is Elizabeth and I'm a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '82. I left Aggieland right after graduation but fate, in the form of employment, brought me back to College Station, TX not once, but twice. I've been back since 2001 and have watched my university and town grow so much! My husband and I raised our six kids here and they are all educated and launched into their life. Sadly, I lost my husband in 2019 so, when deciding what to do with this home and not being ready to retire yet, I wondered if running it as a VRBO might be fun and interesting and, indeed, it has been. I'm so happy to share my home with you and your families!

When we first looked at this home, I watched the temperature on my car drop 3 degrees every time I drove here. A BIG selling point but that was just the beginning. My neighborhood is so quiet, friendly and it just feels like you are in the country but without the country commute. No two homes look the same. I fell in love with this Craftsman house and we went on to add several key features like the pool/spa. I still work at Texas A&M University main campus so I make the 20 minute drive (with traffic!) every day. My neighbors are wonderful AND there's a private lake at the end of the subdivision that I'm happy to give you the gate code for. I sincerely hope you enjoy our area as much as I have!
