Rent of the 1st floor (80 m2) of an independent villa, the ground floor being unoccupied. Renovation completed in July 2018.
The house is in the countryside not overlooked, private parking, shaded terrace.
The hiring consists of 2 rooms, one with 1 bed in 160, the other with 2 bunk beds in 90, a living room with a BZ in 140, a dining room, kitchen, room of bath and independent TOILET.(possibility of cot and high chair on request)
The rental is located 30 minutes from Nîmes, Avignon, Uzes, Arles .... One hour from the beaches (Le Grau du Roi, Port Camargue, La Grande Motte ...) and 7 km from the Pont du Gard.
You will be 1.5 km from the village with all amenities, 1 km from the municipal pool and the greenway connecting the Pont du Gard to Via Rhôna.
The house is equipped with all appliances necessary to feel at home (oven, gas, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, griddle, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer .. .)

Calm and independent

Regine and Bernard are lovely and inobtrusive hosts. The apartment is on the upper (and only) floor of a detached house on the calm and green grounds of the hosts' property. It is very bright, spacious and clean, with views over the countryside. No dogs, thankfully! It is ideally located to visit all the major sites of the area. We hugely enjoyed our stay and recommend it fully.

Excellent séjour dans la maison de M. et Mme Quittard.

Tout le confort, y compris la climatisation. Un hectare de tranquillité autour de la maison, justement nommée "A l'ombre du figuier"... un arbre énorme qui nous a régalé de ses fruits tout le séjour. Emplacement idéal à proximité pour de nombreux sites et villes touristiques : Pont du Gard, Tarascon et son château du Roi René, Uzès, Beaucaire, Avignon, etc ... Malheureusement nous avons dû interrompre trop tôt notre séjour, mais Regine et son mari nous ont proposé de revenir quand on voulait. Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux. Malheu
