Open concept, 1,950sq ft. home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wonderful view situated in the middle of 3- 9 hole executive golf courses. Close proximity to Sumpter Landing offering shopping, restaurants and live entertainment every evening from 5-9 pm. Large screened in lanai in back of house with wildlife and golf course views, great for morning coffee. Short walk to adult community pool and games.
