I hope we can return!

What a great house for a summer holiday. Fantastic location, genuinely five minutes walk from (the beach) Platja del Rec (small and quiet with a great restaurant) and an easy 15 mins walk from L’Escala town, plus two good supermarkets five minutes away. The house itself is so well set up: plenty of shade in the garden, a great outdoor kitchen and lots of seating. Inside, the bedrooms are all a good size and the kitchen has everything one would need. Sophie is an extremely friendly and generous host. I really hope we can return!

House would benefit from a little TLC

Excellent location near the beach / supermarket and a good spread of rooms and external spaces to accommodate an extended family of 10 persons and visitors.The house would benefit from the installation of fans or air-conditioning in bedrooms to handle warm weather. Paint and decoration would improve presentation considerably.

Mooie locatie

Een huis op top locatie met een aardige en behulpzame host (Sophie). Het huis is een typisch zomerhuis met mooie terrassen en tuin en mogelijkheid om in de zomer ook buiten te leven. In de winter is de binnenruimte wat klein voor meer dan 6 personen. Keuken en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn gemiddeld; een fijn huis voor sportieve mensen.

Superbe maison dans un lieu privilégié, parfait

Très belle maison, bien équipée pour 12 personnes. Accueil parfait et très confortable avec les lits déjà prêts, les serviettes a disposition. Endroit idéal où l'on peut tout faire à pied, plage, ville, commerces... Et une propriétaire très réactive et attentionnée. Un vrai coup de coeur !

Une maison de vacances très agréable

Tout est fait pour se délasser et passer d'excellentes vacances. Une cuisine d'été, un joli jardin, des équipements bien agréables comme une bonne machine à café, un grand frigo, des chaises longues confortables, une belle atmosphère pour cette maison où tout est prévu pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Merci à Sophie de son accueil. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Una casa perfecta para pasar unos días al lado de la playa

Una casa perfecta para pasar unos días al lado del mar. No se necesita el coche para nada, está a 5 minutos a pie de una zona con supermercados y a 5 minutos de la playa. La zona del paseo peatonal y las playas es magnífica y la casa es muy amplia y luminosa, con un jardín agradable y barbacoa exterior. La cocina interior es pequeña, pero en verano se puede usar la cocina exterior. Los baños son un poco antiguos, pero funcionales. El mobiliario es bastante nuevo y bonito. En general es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares tranquilas. El único inconveniente a tener en cuenta es evitar las fechas de la fiesta mayor de l'Escala, por el nivel de ruido nocturno.
