A wonderful vacation place for our large family

  • 5 of 5

Alpine Villa exceeded our expectations! Our family of 54, from grandpa & grandma down to 4 infants, found very comfortable accommodations. It was clean, plenty of space for our large family, the spacious kitchen had everything we needed and was a pleasure to work in. The property was private, but close enough to Breckenridge to enjoy the parks and attractions. The young people enjoyed the trails, river (more of a creek), climbing wall, and patios outdoors, and the Roman bath, gymnasium, game room, and exercise room indoors.

Perfect for family reunion

  • 5 of 5

We are just back from our family reunion at the Alpine Villa. We had 40 attendees from around the country, ages 2-72, with 31 of them staying in the Villa. The Alpine Villa is a fantastic venue for such an event. It is so large that it never felt crowded, even when everyone was present. Our group loved being all together in the Villa rather than being spread out in separate accommodations. We prepared all our meals and conducted all our reunion events at the Villa, which greatly reduced costs as compared to using having everyone stay in hotels, eat in restaurants, etc. The indoor basketball court, Roman Bath, climbing wall, river (for fishing), outdoor fitness area (dubbed "Muscle Mountain" by the boys), frisbee golf, hiking/biking trails right out the back door, massive grill, large patio (for guitar sing-alongs) and Sonos sound system were all big hits, resulting in a reunion that, according to the Millennials' friends on Snapchat, looked like the most "lit" family reunion ever (which apparently is a good thing). Sabrina (the manager) was friendly and helpful. The bottom line is that yes, the Alpine Villa is as great as it appears online.

A family Reunion to Remember

  • 5 of 5

Wow! What an incredible house to hold a family reunion! It had everything we needed for all ages. There were 40 of us ages 6 months to late seventies and there was something for everyone to do from sitting outside on the patio looking at the mountains, playing cards inside, watching movies with the kids, playing racquets ball, relaxing in the hot tub, scaling the climbing wall or hiking through the beautiful grounds. There was so much room to spread out, plenty of beds and bathrooms and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We could not have asked for any more. We have life time memories and hope to be back in a few years to do it all over again.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G-!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this amazing retreat center for a corporate event where 30 women stayed for 2 evenings. EVERYONE was blown away by the property and the amenities. The rock climbing wall was a hit and the kitchen was perfect for a chef to come in and prepare a meal for us. Highly recommend!
