About this property

Les Serres de Rousselou (Beautiful view & heated pool)

This old stone house, fully renovated with great taste, is located in La Coste, at the foot of the Massif du Caroux. It offers a magnificent view of the Héric gorges which is an exceptional tourist site.

We have worked hard to renovate it to allow you, I hope, to spend an unforgettable holiday!
Housing

On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms. (+ cot if necessary)
Bathroom with bath and sink, separate toilet.
Library corner and play area for children.

On the floor: kitchen equipped with any comfort and all the kitchen utensils for six people.
Living room, dining room: with fireplace, armchairs, sofa, TV, DVD player, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and garden.

A third bedroom is upstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.

All rooms are equipped with an air conditioning and electric heating system.

The house has a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue for grilling.

The pool can be heated on request from 01 April to 15 November for a fee of 60 euros per week. It measures 7. 30 x 3. 30 m

Access for travelers:
You have access to the whole property, house, terrace, garden, swimming pool.

Exchanges with travelers:
During your stay, we remain at your disposal to inform you if you wish.

IN ADDITION, to ask during your stay:
- The pool is not heated systematically. But in case of request it can be from April 1 to November 15, for a supplement of 60 € the week to be paid on the spot.

Everything you need in an exceptionally beautiful environment where you have tons of possibilities for hiking and other sports. Quiet, heated swimming pool on request, good beds. Do mind that, if you own a bigger dog that likes to escape from time to time, this may not be ideal as the property is not fenced.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. 'Les Serres de Roussleou' was perfect for 5 of us. Incredibly well appointed with a wonderful pool and amazing views. Small village with grocery store 5 minutes away and larger supermarkets a further 10 minutes away. So many things to see and do in this beautiful part of France. Historic villages, walks, lakes as well as the Mediterranean within an hour. Sylvie and Laurent were always on hand if needed. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and we would love to return.

Superb Property and Location

The house is in a beautiful part of France and particularly well located on a hill near some incredible hikes. The house itself is really well set out and was perfect for our baby daughter (crawling) and dog. We had an amazing family holiday and Sylvie was always on hand of we needed anything. Thank you.

Perfect vibes!

The property was just what we wanted and more! The house and garden were perfect, and we couldn’t believe how good the views were. The location was fantastic, as it was quiet and remote but with lots to do nearby. The house looked amazing online but if anything it was even better in reality! Sylvie was an excellent host and we really hope to return as soon as we can. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in the south of France.

Peace and tranquality

If you want some time away from the rat race this beautiful spotless house off the beaten track is right for you. You have everything you need for a restful holiday there are local villages but within 20 mins can be at some beautiful villages with gorgeous restaurants or slightly further to Pezenas for some typical French cafe culture, Narbonne Plage is worth a visit only 1hr 10 away. So you can sit in the grounds of this lovely house and have a peaceful meal or mix it up with a visit to a restaurant or drive over the mountains to the beautiful lakes, the house is gorgeous and the location and setting perfect for whatever you want. Recommend paying extra for the pool to be heated, highly recommend this cottage to anyone

Spacious quality gite at fantastic location for Gorges d'Heric.

My spouse and I enjoyed a truly superb week in April at Les Serres du Rousselou. It offered everything it promised from the web site and would have been spacious even if fully occupied. A quiet location with fantastic views across the valley and to the Gorges d'Heric. Beautifully modernised but yet retaining rustic charm, the property met all our expectations. Ornamental and wild flowers around the property provided a tranquil and welcoming setting as well as attraction for pollinators. A relaxing swim in the pool could ease the aches of keen hikers even in cool weather. Our charming and professional host, was discreet yet available if needed for any assistance. A very memorable week.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und der Blick traumhaft. Außen wie Innen ist alles stilvoll gestaltet und super gepflegt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Un séjour magique

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. La maison était d'une extrême propreté, très bien aménagée et dans un cadre magique. Tout est là pour passer d'agréables vacances, les hôtes ont pensé à tout, y compris les petites choses qu'on peut oublier parfois (petite épicerie, produits d'entretien, livres, jeux enfants...), la déco est soignée, les paysages sublimes. On se baigne en contemplant la montagne, avec le chant des cigales, dans une tranquillité absolue. A proximité immédiate, on fait le pleins d'activités (spéléo, canyoning, via ferrata... avec Giovanni un super guide), les gorges accessibles à pied en partant du village et enfin des villages de charmes avec leurs ruelles et vieilles pierres.Pour résumer, cette location est une pépite avec des propriétaires aux petits soins et sympathiques.

Wir haben die Zeit als Familie sehr genossen. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Küchenausstattung war top - alles da, was man braucht. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Ein großartiges Urlaubserlebnis. Die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen immer zuvorkommend, sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Kulisse

Wir waren zum Ende der Sommerferien in der Unterkunft von Sylvie und ihrem Mann. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr sauber, bot ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und einen Hund, die Ausstattung ist excellent, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und angelegt, der Pool ist herrlich, es bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit... . Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Vacances au calme
