Sète, rent a beautiful F2 apartment on the ground floor of a villa on the hill of Sète on Mont St. Clear. Calm, magnificent sea view. South exposure. Located in a green setting: pines, palm trees, oleander. South exposure, very bright.

Sète is perfectly located for exploring the Languedoc Roussillon region. Cultural visits to Montpellier or Beziers at 30 km, Nimes 70 km, Arles 110 km or Avignon and Carcassonne 120 km.
The magnificent villages in the Cevennes like St. Guilhem-le-Déserts, or the circus of Navacelles, the caves of Clamouse or the Demoiselles.
Good stop also to go to Spain and for the donut on the beautiful beaches of the Lido.

Ein Quell der Ruhe inmitten der Hektik der Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt sofort durch ihr kleines, jedoch äußerst komfortables und gemütliches Ambiente. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Balkon, der einen direkten, ungestörten Blick auf das schimmernde Mittelmeer bietet. Das Appartement liegt auf einem umzäunten Anwesen, umgeben von duftenden Pinien, die den unverwechselbaren Charme Südfrankreichs verströmen und mich sofort in Urlaubstimmung versetzten.Die Küche ist, bis auf eine Spülmaschine, komplett ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf.Obwohl sich Sète als quirlige Stadt präsentiert, liegt die Ferienwohnung auf dem Mont St. Claire, der dem Anwesen eine wunderbar ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre verleiht. Diese gelungene Kombination aus unmittelbarer Stadtnähe und naturnaher Erholung zeichnet die Unterkunft aus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Heidi war sehr freundlich. Heidi ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Person. So besorgte sie u.a. noch eine Kaffeemaschine für Kapselkaffee. Der Stadtteil Corniche ist ca. 10-15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings ist anzumerken, dass der Berg extreme Steigungen hat. Auch die Anfahrt ist aufgrund der Steigung und der engen Gassen, zumindest das erste Mal, etwas abenteuerlich. Ich genoss hier einen äußerst entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub.

wohnen bei Heidi - Sete

Sehr saubere helle Wohnung welche sofort angenehme Ausgeglichenheit und Erholung ausstrahlt. Eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer vom Balkon welcher von Morgens bis Abends von der Sonne profitiert. Durch elekt. Jalousien und Klimaanlage sind die Raeume immer angenehm klimatisiert. Grosses Bett mit sehr guter Matratze bereitet auch grossgewachsenen Menschen angenehmen Schlaf. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen und diese Addresse auch Freunden beruhigt empfehlen. Heidi ist als Gastgeberin perfekt und kuemmert sich sehr engagiert um idividuelle Wuensche und hat immer einen guten Rat/ Tipp fuer etwas besonderes.

Rückzugsort mitten in Sète

Bereits bei der Auswahl der Wohnung waren wir begeistert, die Realität hat die Fotos jedoch noch übertroffen. Unbeschreiblicher Ausblick auf das offene Meer, wunderschöner Garten, tolle Umgebung, super gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bei der Ankunft alles Wichtige für unseren Aufenthalt erklärt wie z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busverbindungen, kürzeste Fusswege etc. Sehr dezent im Hintergrund war sie immer ansprechbar wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Danke Heidi, wir haben es sehr genossen

Nature et calme sur le mont Saint-Clair

Entièrement refait et tout confort, l'appartement est lumineux car situé plein sud avec de grandes baies vitrées qui offre une vue panoramique sur mer.
