About this property

We offer a nice apartment of 50m2 bright, west exposure, at the entrance to the beach Penon. Located on the top floor of a building, you will have a view of the dunes and the ocean and a small terrace to enjoy this view. This wooden chalet style accommodation is very cozy, nicely decorated and it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. (4 people in double beds and 2 people on a sofa bed).

Appartement très agréable

Très bon séjour, la location s'est très bien passée. L'appartement était parfait. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Vraiment satisfait de cette location.

Schönes Appartment in perfekter Lage

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Appartment liegt optimal, vom Balkon aus hat man Meerblick und durch den davor liegenden Skatepark auch immer Unterhaltung - im positiven Sinne. Am Strand und am davor liegenden Parkplatz ist immer was los - 24h. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, wir haben nichts vermisst. Eigentlich ist es ein einziger grosser Raum, der Schlafbereich wird ist eine Art Plattform über dem Aufenthaltsbereich. Die Treppe ist recht steil, wir haben nachts immer ein Nachtlicht oben am Abgang aufgehängt. Senioren und Familien mit kleinen Kindern dürften das nicht so gut finden, für uns war das ok. Insgesamt war das Appartment irgendwie "cosy", wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und hat uns mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt. Wir waren Surfen (deshalb werden wohl die meisten da hinfahren - Boardingmania wäre hier unsere Empfehlung!), Skaten (als mal kurz keiner da war, normal Action von 7 - 24), Suppen (Lac d'Hossegor), Laufen und Reiten am Strand. Austern kann man am Lac d' Hossegor frisch erwerben, das sollte man unbedingt machen. Alles in allem war der Urlaub top!

Appartement bien aménagé et idéalement situé

L’appartement est confortable et bien aménagé. Tout y est bien pensé. Situé à quelques pas de la plage du Penon, il permet de profiter un maximum de l’océan. NB : l’escalier est abrupt et ne convient pas à des enfants en bas âge.

Plage à pieds. Belle promenade dunaire.

Appartement à proximité de la plage et des commerces mais très peu sont ouverts en cette période, juste un magasin spar et une pharmacie. École de surf ouverte jusque fin octobre. Appartement au 3ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur ! Un peu compliqué à l'arrivée avec les bagages et courses pour la semaine. A noter pas de lave vaisselle ni de lave linge. L'escalier menant à la mezzanine un peu raide ...

Ferien in Seignosse

Super ist die zentrale Lage. Die Nähe zum Strand. Der saubere weite Strand. Der codierte Zugang. Nachteil es ist bis zum frühen Morgen sehr laut wegen Disco.
