Comme à la maison

Très belle villa bien placée au calme avec de très belles prestations dans cette magnifique région. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Avons passé une belle semaine même si le soleil n’était pas très présent! Seul petit bémol, la profondeur de la piscine qui est parfaite pour nos 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans mais qui ne permet pas à un adulte de nager. Malgré ce détail, nous recommandons cette adresse.

Super Lage

Wir waren zu fünft im Haus. Das Haus mit seinen zwei Terrassen bieten viel Platz zum relaxen! Von der Wohnzimmerterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golfplatz und in die Natur mit vielen Lichtspielen im Laufe des Tages. Die Terrasse um den Swimmingpool ist großzügig und ruhig. Das Haus hat für einen Aufenthalt alles da. Je nach Geschmack kann zwischen einem Gas- oder Kohlegrill für die Grillparty am Abend entschieden werden. Bis zum super und sauberen Atlantikstrand ist es nicht weit. Restaurant gibt es genug in nahe gelegenen Yachthafen Capbreton. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren leider nur für zu wenige Tage da.

Schöner Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Haus liegt toll, man ist schnell mit dem Auto oder Rad am Strand, schöne außensitzplätze, Pool und gute Betreuung durch die Hausdame. Langschläfer müssen mit Rasenpflegearbeiten auf dem angrenzenden Golfplatz rechnen. Dafür hat man aber einen tollen Blick und ist wirklich ungestört und sehr privat auf der Terrasse! Sehr empfehlenswert für einen tollen Urlaub! Vielen Dank an die Besitzer

Belle maison avec de belles prestations dans un environnement très calme .

Rien ne manque au niveau prestations tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, connaît parfaitement sa maison. L'environnement est calme et malgré tout nous sommes proches de tout (golf bien sûr, mer pistes cyclables, commerces ...) Adresse à retenir !

Quel bonheur cette maison ! Nous avons passé 1 semaine au top en famille avec 1 enfant et 2 bébés. La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle (petit et gros électroménager, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine en grande quantité, serviettes de bain et torchons, etc.) et très agréable à vivre. A l'intérieur, elle offre un très grand espace qui permet à 4 adultes et 3 enfants de ne pas se marcher dessus et de rester fraîche en cas de journée chaude. A l'extérieur, 2 terrasses offrent 2 ambiances différentes : un côté avec la piscine à presque 30 degrés et aucun vis à vis - et un autre côté avec le barbecue et une table à manger et une vue magnifique surplombant le golf ( le cadre est idyllique pour les joueurs de golf qui peuvent s'y rendre à pied directement via la terrasse !). L'emplacement est idéal (quartier résidentiel très calme et à 5mn en voiture des plages, du marché, des commerces). Bref, tout était parfait ! Le propriétaire est très aimable et disponible par mail, il a pris le soin de répondre à toutes nos questions et demandes. Nous y reviendrons les étés prochains sans hésiter mais l'été 2018 semble déjà loué - quel dommage !!! Merci encore pour tout !!

Sehr gut!

Das Haus entspricht der Ausschreibung. Zustand und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Der beheizte Pool war sogar bis zu 29 Grad warm! Telefonisch hatten wir auch Kontakt zu den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Tagsüber und abends ist die Lage am Golfplatz ideal und sehr ruhig. Insgesamt wirklich ein Luxusferienhaus. Einziges Problem ist der Lärm der jeden Morgen durch den Greenkeeper des Golfplatzes mit seinem Rasenmäher entsteht.

Soleil, piscine,golf....le bonheur !!!

On a passé de très agréables vacances dans cette villa parfaitement entretenue. Les prestations sont excellentes et l'organisation de la maison très bien pensée. Les deux terrasses offrent chacune une ambiance très différente, calme et détendue avec une magnifique vue sur le golf, pour l'une et ludique et ensoleillée pour celle aménagée autour de la piscine (chauffée à 28°). Que du bonheur.....

a superb villa

For my family this villa is just perfect. We play golf and got a great deal for two weeks golf. The villa itself is we'll equipped with a lovely pool. It is just great having meals on one of the two decks looking at Les Landes. There are now some good restaurants nearby. I love the place.

Je veux la même...

Un cadre magnifique...Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison parfaitement équipée. Au bout de quelques heures, on se sent comme chez soi. La vue sur le golf est à couper le souffle, et l'ambiance est hyper-relaxante (avec le soleil qui se couche sur le parcours...génial), La piscine est agréable et l'architecture de la maison super bien pensée... ma fille a déclaré " c'est notre nouvelle maison..." Le retour sur paris en voiture a été difficile... surtout pour expliquer que c'était pas définitif. A Conseiller vivement!
