On the edge of the forest, in all tranquility, come relax in Léognan !!!
Located in the heart of the vineyards of Grands Crus Classés Pessac Léognan, 10 km from the historic center of Bordeaux, listed heritage Unesco and 40 minutes from ocean beaches, you will discover a contemporary house of 174 m² for 10 people, home completely new and that will welcome you in a warm setting.
Located 2 kms from the village, you will have all the useful shops (2 supermarkets, bakeries, fruits and vegetables, butchers, pharmacies ...) and you can enjoy the Léognan market on Saturday morning.

Quiet, facing south, with a walled garden of 1400 m², you will enjoy the heated pool, the terrace of 150m2 and for children outdoor games (gantry, trampoline, scooter, board games etc.). In addition, you will have in this villa that wants to open on the garden, all the necessary comfort to spend pleasant holidays (barbecue, plancha, kitchen, recent bedding, internet access, laundry ...)
You will have a fully equipped interior house;
- 1 master suite with its private bathroom and a separate toilet with a double bed 160X200, a shower, a sink and a dressing room.
- A room with its private bathroom, shower and sink with a double bed 140X190.
- Two bedrooms with a bed 190X140 for 2 people for each room.
- A games room with a sofa bed 140X190, sleeping for two people.
- A bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks
- Separate toilet

Equipment; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, two freezers, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker for nespresso capsules (capsules not included), iron and ironing board, 3 TVs, Wifi access. Sheets and towels not provided.

The house is new, all exterior are under development and will be finished before the rental period .....

A deposit of 30% will be returned to us with the rental agreement and the balance will be paid on the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, a deposit check of 2800 euros will be requested. No pets, no smoking house.

Lovely stay

We had a really lovely stay at Thierry and Laure’s property. The house was immaculate and well equipped to deal with large groups. There was plenty to do in the property for all. Location wise, it was about a 10 minute drive to the closest shop. Watch out for mosquitos, they’re rife in the area. We all got bitten a lot! Laure was incredibly helpful throughout the stay and was easily contactable via text during the week. Overall, a lovely stay and one we’d highly recommend!

Beautiful house in Leognan

We had a lovely stay here as a family of 5 and family of 3. The house is very beautiful and modern with everything you need to hand. The swimming pool is a real highlight which we used constantly and set in a nice large garden with lots of outdoor seating for relaxing as well as meals etc. Laure was there upon our arrival to discuss everything as well as saying we should be in touch should we have any questions regarding the local area (which we did!) Just 1hr from the house is the surf town of Lacanau which was well worth the visit and Bordeaux itself is just 20mins away. We definitely needed a hire car so maybe bear that in mind but overall a fantastic stay!!

Great House with Pool

The house was nice and in a remote location, yet accessible to Bordeaux. It was a bit further to the city than we expected, but not awful. The pool was great and the house was lovely. Just three things to be aware: 1. There were no linens and towels provided. Maybe for local people, that would be ok. For those coming from out of the area, it is not reasonable. 2. The house is a bit dark inside. 3. The house has no A/C and it was very hot in the summer. The lack of fans made it even more unbearable for a few nights. Our visit was at the beginning of July, so just be aware. There are also lots of mosquitos because the house in set apart in around a wooded area. So even opening the windows was not possible because the mosquitos would eat you alive. Overall, it was a great house. That said, we will not stay there again because of the heat in the area around the time of our visits in the summer.

La maison est très spacieuse, agréable et pratique pour les 7 adultes et 2 enfants que nous étions. Chacun a eu son espace, on ne se marche pas dessus. Le jardin et la piscine tout était parfait, sans vis à vis, spacieux avec des jeux pour les enfants. Grande cuisine très pratique.C'est même mieux que sur les photos,on espère revenir un jour !

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus in Léognan verbracht – zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern (4 und 9 Jahre alt). Schon die Bilder im Vorfeld ließen auf eine hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft schließen, aber vor Ort wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Trampolin und viel Platz war für die Kinder ein echtes Highlight und auch für uns Erwachsene ideal zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens gepflegt. Beide Autos konnten bequem auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.Die Lage ist ideal: Zwischen Bordeaux und Arcachon gelegen, konnten wir sowohl einen schönen Städtetrip unternehmen als auch das Meer genießen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zudem zahlreiche Weingüter und idyllische Seen zu entdecken.Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr gastfreundlich – wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt.Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt, bei dem keine Wünsche offenblieben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Une surprise entre verdure et modernité!

A notre arrivée, la famille de Laure nous a très bien accueillie. Laure a su nous recommander de jolies visites. La maison était plus belle encore que sur les photos ! Décorée avec goûts, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, elle nous a charmé. Quelques petits bémols d’ordre fonctionnel néanmoins : évier de la suite parentale peu pratique (éclaboussures et peu de rangements pour y poser les soins dentaire), le ballon d’eau chaude est limité pour 10 personnes (rapidement rupture d’eau chaude), peu de lumière sur la terrasse le soir. Enfin, la piscine était précisée comme chauffée mais un peu froide à notre appréciation. Malgré ses points, nous recommandons la maison de Laure avec grand plaisir ! Merci à vous 4 de nous avoir confier votre cocon.

Beautiful, spacious, clean house, with great pool

Modern, clean and well equipped house, with amazing heated pool. Children spent most of the week in it. Pool much bigger than appears in the photos, in fact whole house bigger than photos suggested. Stylish house. Had a brilliant week there as a family with two young children, and with friends also with two young children. Large trampoline and swings and slides, ping pong table and other games in large garden great, so barely left house! Also good house only 20 mins drive from Bordeaux airport too so easy with young children, and quick to visit Bordeaux too. Owner very helpful and responded very quickly each time, and lovely to have wine and jam etc in fridge on arrival. Would absolutely recommend.

Très belle semaine passée dans cette magnifique villa, superbe intérieur, extérieur génial... Propriété très très bien entretenue. Bons conseils de propriétaires, très accueillants, disponibles... Très belle région à visiter, magnifiques vignes, ville de Bordeaux toute proche, beaucoup d'activités pour les grands et petits aux alentours. Que du bonheur!

Que du positif pour cette superbe villa. Située dans un beau village près de Bordeaux, dans une ruelle extrêmement calme et piscine plein sud. Villa très moderne, lumineuse, avec toutes les commodités recherchées et très agréable à vivre grâce à ses grandes pièces de vie et le système de plain pied, qui donne accès à la terrasse et la piscine depuis 3 des 5 chambres. Nous avons été plus que bien accueilli par les propriétaires, qui ne nous importunent pas de la semaine, si bien que l'on se sent chez eux comme chez nous. Mais ils sont par contre très disponibles en ce qui concernent toutes nos questions par rapport à la maison ou aux excursions possibles dans le coin, les bons plans,... Et avec un peu de chance, vous aurez même le plaisir de visiter la caserne des pompiers où Thierry travaille. Bref, je vous conseille sans hésiter cette belle location.
