Everything about our stay was great! We had a smooth check in process and the host communicated extremely well with us. Definitely will be looking into booking here in the future.
Perfect location for Enterprise Center, Busch Stadium. Walking distance to a Walgreens. We took a cheap Uber to anywhere else. The house wasnt the taj majal but it was perfect for what we needed, and exactly what it says. Id use this again in a heartbeat. Robert responded immediately to any questions i had prior to and during our trip
This is an older place with lovely character. The couch and the king bed were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was fabulous. Close to everything, and felt like a very safe neighborhood. The host was very quick to answer any question. I had one problem that was fixed within minutes (missing hairdryer). We thoroughly enjoyed this place and would stay again.
Very convenient location close to Busch Stadium, Botantical Garden, The Hill, and Central West End. Close to highway so a little loud at night but otherwise fine.
Easy check-in. Parking on street but free and always found a spot in front or on the corner (even on weekends). Quiet neighborhood with everything within 10 minutes. It's next to a highway junction, but we heard more birds than cars!Old building (typical in STL). Donât be startled by rusty water on that first turn! The place wasnât dusty though, saw no bugs outside a dead beetle or two. Biggest issue was a bedroom door wouldnât close fully. The kitchen had basic pots/pans/glassware/silverware (nothing like salt/pepper shakers, ice cube trays, etc). Keurig with pods. Microwave and gas stove/oven. A drying pad for dishes with a dingy sponge.Wifi was only a tad slow for us, but workable!!Easy check out!Biggest cons: - Beds werenât comfy. King was ok, queen was lumpy and hard. Its cover âblanketâ had a large stain. - The upstairs bedrooms are HOT! Even with central air blasting and ceiling fans. We managed, but be prepared if renting in the summer. - Nothing major, but we wish it was better stocked. Some hand/face/hair towels, door hooks, more hangers (though larger bedroom has drawers). Spare linens, any blankets. Scissors. Some âlivableâ touches would make a difference! All in all, it was what we needed and had no major problems that kept us from enjoying our stay or needing to contact the owner for assistance. We were quite busy during this trip, otherwise we might have gone for a cozier place.
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was awesome. It has great food options, parks and other within walking distance of the house. The host was very quick to response when we had a question.
This property reminded us so much of home. We loved the coziness of the place and the location was perfect.
The owner was so available when we needed. Love our stay
Thereâs nothing special about the apartment itself but itâs a great location thatâs close to everything and itâs a safe place to sleep. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we would be happy to come back.

That is exactly what we are aiming for, a good location, comfortable beds and towels and a good value compared to the more expensive units around us.
Very great price for the location in downtown STL. Quick interstate access made it easy to navigate the city. Robert's communication and check in/out process was super excellent and easy.
It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles.
Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs.
Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.
Thought there was a hot tub but ended up being alright stay
I booked it thinking it had a hot tub which ended up Being Alright area is safe Property manager was very accommodating would come back

We never advertised a hot tub, the guest booked initially for 12 3-9 then rebooked 12 9-11 without checking out. This booking was the first where they stayed a week then booked another 2 days without checking out. They absolutely trashed the apartment. Tore couch cushions smoked in a non smoking unit and left cigarette burns in the couch, dining room table and night stands. They broke a bed.
My stay was great I loved everything but the old antique look but everything was great..even the property manager was understandably I will book again 9/10 I will recommend it was very clean I did see some dog hair but outta all of it I liked my stay..!
