This light-filled two-bedroom, one-bath apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a flexible setup for families, couples, longer stays, and remote work. A wide archway connects the living spaces, while the large sectional creates an easy place to gather.

This property was a very tidy and well kept place to stay. My group and I throughly enjoyed our weekend there and will highly recommend it to anyone booking in St. Louis. The owners were very welcoming and on top of anything that I had questions or concerns about.

Overall a very positive experience. Only bump in the road was that the check in code via link that was sent to us was not up to date. Other than that, everything was perfect

The Good: The host communicated promptly. The location was far enough away from the city for peace, but close enough that everything was within a 20 min drive. The separate bedrooms, each with their own TV was a huge plus. The Disappointing:The downside was having 2 large spiders crawl out under the bed when I dropped my shoes; that made for an uneasy night of sleep. Additionally, the only thing that resembled a thermostat said, 'alarm' on it, so I didn't feel right touching it. I didn't want to set off any alarms. Perhaps I should've reached out to the host for clarification, but when th listing states the unit has AC, you'd think I'd have access to it or an instruction to connect with the host to adjust to our comfort; I had neither. Ultimately, we had to leave unexpectedly early the following day, cutting our stay from 2 days to essentially one nights sleep.

Overall, the apartment was clean and in good repair. We had real issues with the bathroom. The toilet is extremely close to the bathtub. We had one person of our family that is disabled and just couldn't make it work. We contacted the management of the property and they were very easy to deal with.

Good Size Apartment with Quirks

The apartment was a good size. Way better for our family than a hotel room. It is an older building, so it does have some quirks. Most of these were no big deal. However, be warned that if you are tall or have long legs, then you will not be able to sit straight on the toilet because of how close it is to the tub.

Positive experience

Everything was fine. Jeffery was excellent on response. The place was nicely decorated and fresh and clean. The bathroom is extremely small, you can’t sit properly on the toilet if you’re a tall person but this is the design and not the experience so just a statement. The tenants above us has a mishap and he took care of it with grace. I would definitely book for a nice experience with a considerate host.

Comfortable Princeton Heights apartment

Bed in the bedroom with open closet/work area was very comfortable. Dining table could use an overhead light, as light bulb went out in the free-standing lamp in dining area. House was very clean, AC/Heat worked well. St Louis is typically humid, and we do recommend using the ceiling fans in daytime for air circulation to keep house cool and dry.Shower is fabulous. The water pressure is wonderful. Bathroom cabinet & mirrors extend way over sink. The cabinet doors have to be opened to use the sink for teeth brushing, otherwise you hit your head on the mirrored cabinet doors.The toilet, however, is a problem. It faces too close to the tub insert. Makes it almost impossible for one to sit down. A child might not have an issue but it's definitely an issue for any adult, and we're both under 5' 9".Neighborhood is great and walkable. Lots of personality and character went into the original build of the homes there. St Louis has a lot of charm and Princeton Heights is a great area to stay. Dierbergs, Schnucks, Walgreens and Ted Drews Frozen Custard close by car.Overall we were comfortable except for the bathroom set up. We personally think a walk-in shower would be a better option to work with the existing toilet and the cabinet should be mounted over the toilet with a flat mirror mounted on the wall above the sink.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was covertly located. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a place to stay while in St. Louis, especially if traveling with a dog.
