Terrace of 100 m2. Organized to 6 comfortably, although we have 7 seats. Availability of parking space. WiFi, broadband.
Ideal for couples or families with children. Absolute tranquility. Garden City, with all kinds of immediate services. A 10-15 minute walk from Zapillo beach. A 15-minute walk from the historic center.

À recommander

Très spacieux et bien équipé. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement. Informations très complètes. Deux salles de bain complètes font vraiment la différence. Que dire de la superbe terrasse qui est très grande.

Super appartement et hôte très arrangeant

Super appartement à Almeria que je recommande à 100%. L'appartement est très bien situé car à la fois proche de la plage et du centre historique. Pas besoin de voiture, tout peut se faire à pieds et si vous avez une voiture, la place de parking dans l'immeuble est très pratique. Très belle terrasse pour prendre l'apéro et ses repas en extérieur et profiter du soleil. Plusieurs supermarchés sont situés à proximité (Dia le plus proche puis Mercadonia et Lidl). Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Bref, je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cet appartement si je repasse par Almeria.

A great stay

We enjoyed the stay here. It was clean . The house was big. A master bedroom with connected bathroom. A very big terras. We where here for 10 days. The location was great. 10 minutes walking to the beach, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadonna. We had some rainy days, so we went to the mall. That was 10 minutes driving. Julian was very nice and answered all our questions. He reacted immediately on our e mail. Thanks a lot Julian

A good place to stay if you like walking

Very spacious with an excellent sun roof. The heating is vital in January and could be better. It was unfortunate the apartment overlooked a balcony where 4 dogs lived and messed ! We would have liked at least one English language channel on the tv. Overall a good place to stay with a 30 minute walk to the real centre of the city

ALOJAMIENTO FANTASTICO.

El piso esta muy bien situado, tanto de la playa como del centro, tiene una terraza impresionante, y el parking en la misma puerta del ascensor, osea comodidad en todos los aspectos, el piso esta super equipado, no le falta un detalle, d. Julian muy atento y simpatico. Volveremos.

Excellent location for shops and beach.

Nice apartment ,very well equipped. Only 4 stars as it was noisy at times, due to neighbours dogs barking /howling. One neighbour has 3 dogs,another family has a dog that howls when they are out. Julian is an excellent communicator and his daughter is lovely as a meet and greet hostess.

Estancia tranquila y agradable

El ático es amplio y tranquilo, aunque la calle/carretera tenga mucho tráfico. Arriba no se oye el ruido. El propietario es un señor agradable y atento dispuesto siempre a ayudar,. Cuando se presentó algún problema, por ejemplo, el lavavajillas se averió y recibimos uno nuevo inmediatamente. Con la excepción de los diez minutos para ir al centro por esa calle.estrecha con tanto tráfico (se puede encontrar una alternativa por calles paralelas) y subir un puente cada vez, puedo recomendar el ático para pasar unos días en Almería

Super appartement

Appartement conforme en tous points a l'annonce et malgré que l'on se trouve très près du centre il fait assez calme. Le plus agréable c'est la luminosité et la vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes. Mais le plus surprenant c'est le propriétaire qui a réussi le tour de force de réparer le chauffe eau un dimanche soir, moins de 8 heures après mon appel téléphonique.

Un appartement "quasi neuf" en parfait état et bien localisé. Situé à 15 minutes du centre ( marché couvert ) ou de la plage, nous avons été séduit et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Le propriétaire est très sérieux et fiable. Il ne manque rien dans l'équipement. Ajoutons, une très grande terrasse très agréable. Vraiment à recommander !!! Philippe

Très bel appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement 3 semaines et tout est plus que conforme par rapport à l annonce . L appartement est moderne, équipé de tout le confort et la clim est vraiment appréciable. De plus, le propriétaire est prêt à répondre à toutes les questions. L appartement est bien situé , dans un quartier populaire calme et sympa, avec une boulangerie et une supérette à proximité sans compter quelques bars à tapas vraiment bons et pas excessifs niveau tarif. La plage est à moins de 10 min à pied et vraiment propre . Bref, une belle location proche de toutes commodités. À recommander. Merci pour cette location.

perfecto para dos o toda la familia

Estube en Almeria por 2meses y la estancia fué perfecta en um piso dónde havia de todo y estava cerca de todo lo que yo necessitava. La zona éres muy agradable. Todo muy nuevo y moderno. Lo proprietario fué perfecto com toda la ayuda de que necessitei.
