Perched on the cliffs of La Garrofa, this south-facing apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Located in the Espejo del Mar Urbanization, just 10 minutes from Almería and 5 minutes from Aguadulce, it’s a peaceful retreat ideal for a small family. The apartment features a private terrace where you can unwind with a drink while watching the sea, and a communal pool perfect for cooling off on sunny afternoons.

The building provides direct access to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf at any time. Within the urbanization, you’ll also find a social club, bar-cafeteria, library, and public parking. Inside, the apartment is equipped with both heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort in every season. The living area includes a cozy lounge and a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals at your own pace.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring the nearby coastline, or enjoying a scenic bike ride into town, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
