The house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, gas barbecues, TV, all the comforts you need to feel at home. A bright living room with a large south-west terrace with a magnificent view of the Pic St Loup and a private pool. Large garbled garden of 2800 m².
10 min walk from the village center. 15 minutes by car from the center of Montpellier, 25 minutes by car from the beach and 25 minutes from Gorges de l'Herault.

Huset på bjerget

Et charmerende hus med alt hvad hjerte begær. Her mangler man ikke noget, køkkenet er fuldt udrustet med alt det man skal bruge. Badeværelser er i super stand. En lækker pool med udsigt til bjergene i områder. Nola huset frække kat 😉 var virkelig nem at passe, og vil helt vildt gerne nusses. Alt i alt et skønt ophold for både store og små Store tak til Signe og Guilhem for lån af deres hus.

Super séjour à Montferrier

La maison est très confortable avec assez d’espace pour tout le monde. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants dans 5 chambres avec toilettes et salle de bain donc très à l’aise. Le nouvel espace cuisine est très agréable et bien pensé avec de grandes baies vitrées ouvertes sur la terrasse. Climatisation dans les chambres mais nous n’en avons pas eu besoin, malgré la chaleur extérieure. La piscine, la terrasse et son petit salon sont parfaits, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Et que dire de la vue magnifique sur le Pic Saint Loup! Très indépendant mais adorable, le chat Nola ne vous a pas du tout dérangé, au contraire. Enfin Signe et Guilhem sont des propriétaires très accueillants et réactifs, bref, je recommande leur villa! Encore merci pour tout!

Excellent séjour

Séjour entre amis très agréable dans la maison de Signe et Guilhem. Idéalement située entre nature et centre-ville de Montpellier. La vue sur le Pic saint loup est magnifique depuis la terrasse. Côté pratique on a apprécié le fait que chaque chambre dispose de sa sdb. On recommande vivement :)

Montferrier-sur-Lez

An absolutely stunning property , plenty of room and loads of space outside to relax and entertain. All bedrooms have en suites which makes life so much easier . The pool is amazing and provides the perfect place to cool off during those hot Summer days and also admire some of the most expansive views over to the Pic saint Loop . Some of the most amazing sunsets too , very beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend this property, it has everything you could possibly want and more . Thank you so much Guilhem & Signe .
