TÀmÀ 7 makuuhuoneen talo on valmistettu kolmesta kerroksesta erillisillÀ sisÀÀnkÀynnillÀ. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on oma parveke, olohuone ja keittiö kaikilla perusteilla. EnsimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone, toisessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpyhuonetta ja kolmannessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Toisessa kerroksessa on parveke, jossa on ruokapöytÀ ulkona ja koko talon istuimet, sekÀ upeat merinÀkymÀt. Yhteiseen alueeseen kuuluu uima-altaan ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa sijaitseva uima-allas, baari, ulkosuihku, BBQ-kaasugrilli, riippumatot-tapahtumapaviljonki ja oleskelualueet. Wonderful family vacation

Our multi-generation family group had a spectacular week in the big house. Being able to spread out into various living areas was great: some played pool, others swam, played board games, journaled or read. Lovely. Then we all gathered for dinners on the 3rd floor veranda. Sandy Beach was perfect for swimming every day. The whole week exceeded expectations! One caution: tiled floors are slippery when wet!

The Best in Puntas, Rincon

I rented a week at Ocean View Paradise for my husband and I, family members and friends. We were a group of nine. We had plenty of space and privacy as we had the entire three floors. The view is truly paradise. The house was clean , well appointed and beautiful! In my opinion, it appears to be the best property in the area. The infinity pool and pool area were very attractive with lots of loungers and a beautiful balcony for shade. The location of the house is great. We could walk to Sandy beach and several good restaurants. The center of town is just a short drive away. We went to the town beach (drinks & snacks) shopping, and the Econo supermarket. We had breakfast and lunch at the house and out for dinner. Our favorite restaurants were: Tamboo and Casa Islena (walking distance) and Capriccio Trattoria (in town). My group and I highly recommend Ocean View Paradise. The owners, Dianna and Rob were easy to contact and they are very responsive to any qustions or concerns you may have. They had everything ready for our arrival. It was a week in paradise!

All you can imagine and more!

This was far better then I thought, and now one of my favorite vacations. There are so many positives about this place and the island that I am hoping not to leave anything out. I will start with the property....IMPECCABLE. The landscape, views and waterfalls are of unspeakable beauty with only to visit would be able to see what I mean. Need to relax lay in a hammock and just listen to the ocean, its there. Walk to beach or a bar only a stones throw away. There also is a common area and a bar on site "Lights Out Bar" and when Gino is available he opens it for his guest, drink prices are cheep and a good place to get knowledge about the island since Gino knows all the local and great places to see. Our rental apartment was beautiful and all amenities of home. Every apt has there own grill and a spare one in the common area. There were plenty of towels including beach towels and a laundry room with detergent provided if needed. They have chairs to use for the beach as well as boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment they even have a pool table. If you luck out and have Gino and Dianna there they are more then happy to direct you to places and if your really lucky and they have time you might even get to enjoy a day out with them. He took us to La Parguara (aprox 1 1/2 hours from Gino's) where we went on a 3 hour motor boat ride in a rental. It looks like La Parguara is a happening place at night but would recommend to stay there. There is also a night time glass bottom boat ride there where the water glows when the microorganisms in it are agitated. There is Yolandoa's Bar and Grill and they have rooms with private bath to rent I think cost was around 70 a night. The island has a lot to offer Gino took us to local bars where everyone knew him. Loved going to the gas station bar where they had everything from gas, shampoo, fruit to slot machine .There was never a problem when we went into any of the local places mostly English speaking or just a local who has a friendly smile and knows that you are looking for a cold beer. A lot of people from the lower US states work for season or just decided to move to PR and start their own bar/restaurant. I got addicted to one place and had to go there four times for the homemade 5 cheese mac and cheese with pieces of pork in....delicious..So a must go is "Lucky 13 BBQ" that is located across the street from Edwards Supermarket. Excellent base for multi-generational family vacation

We booked all three floors of the house for our 12-person, 3 generation family, ranging in ages from 17 to 81. Everyone loved the spaciousness, the pool, the porches, the outdoor gas grills, and the proximity to water. Several of our group commented that the house looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. The splitter AC units in the bedrooms kept the bedrooms themselves comfortable and the common areas on the ground and middle floors comfortable (when we left the bedroom doors open), but the kitchen/family area on the 3rd floor was unusable in the July heat. Happily, the kitchen on the 2nd floor was large enough to handle the food prep for meals prepared on the grill. Given the views from the porches, I wasn't sure that the local beach actually would be walkable, but it really is. There are lots of steps, but the walk was pretty doable for everyone except my 81-year-old mom (who was very happy hanging by the pool). We had great communication with the owner and just a few glitches at check in to figure out the key boxes (but the property manager responded very quickly to our calls). The driveway is quite steep and there was washout at the base of the driveway from a storm, so we were glad we had rented SUVs. It was easy to manage 3 cars with the parking. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and downtown Rincon is just a 10-minute drive away. We're all hoping to come back again for a vacation in a cooler month -- would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay at an amazing property

We loved staying at the house! There was ample space for a large group, the location to the beach was perfect, and the pool was an amazing amenity that we used constantly. Dianna was an incredible attentive, helpful host who was immediately responsive (e.g., if the power went out - as can happen on the island). We would highly recommend staying at the property.

Great property for large families!

Property was very nice and totally matched the pictures. We had a fantastic time with 3 different families here because we could each have our own floor with all the amenities of a home. The pool was nice and the beach is a block away. The responsiveness to any matter was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax

We had such a great time staying at this house. We had 3 families and easily found enough rooms and bathrooms to make all of us comfortable. We relaxed on the balconies most of the time enjoying the beautiful view as well as the pool. The house was close to restaurants, a great coffee stand, shops, and the beach. Dianna, the owner, was very friendly and responsive to us. We were so sad to leave as it was a perfect place to relax and spend time together.

Great overall stay.

This is a beautiful house plenty of room. Clean, comfortable. Owner is very nice. Great food and beaches close by. Relaxing nice pool. Amazing views. Cons- tons of stairs, low water pressure, making it almost impossible to shower more then two people at once. No AC in common areas making a hot humid day HOT. Whencits breezy its comfortable. We had painter painting almost the whole time we were there little annoying but at least they were nice.

Thanksgiving in Rincon

After a disappointing check in and rough first 24 hours, we had a wonderful stay in Rincon. We traveled with 5 families and had both properties rented. The property manager showed up late and basically gave us the codes to the lock boxes to get the keys and that was about it. No information about the house or surrounding area. This could have easily been done by the owner through an email. About 3 hours after arrival, we experienced a blackout. We couldn't get ahold of property manager so called owner who did get him to show up. He got the generators going so we had electricity. Grateful my husband was helping him as our generator ran out of gas at 3am so we were able to fill it up and get it started again. The power came back on the following day and the rest of our week was wonderful. The infinity pool and the view from the top floor is truly amazing. There is a lot of room for everyone to space out and enjoy themselves. The property is just beautiful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. We enjoyed a sunset sail with Katerina Sailing. We traveled to Utuado and spent half the day with Batey Adventures hiking, kayaking and exploring. The Kahuna burger bar and mini mart are literally at the end of the driveway. We had a wonderful dinner at Casa Islena-10 minute walk. One of the highlights of our trip was having Mitch and Maria cater 2 dinners for us in the pavilion. The food was wonderful and Mitch was so helpful in the planning of our trip. He was always available to answer questions for me. Thanks Mitch! Some negatives were that we had only a single kitchen towel(top floor) and one beach towel per person. There were a few extra bath towels to be found. The biggest problem was that between 2 houses, we did not have a washing machine that worked! That would have been nice to know prior to showing up. I found dirty dishes in my cabinet. The starter kit had a used sponge-gross! If you are staying on the pool level, you will find most of the cooking items there. The top floor was very sparse and I found myself running downstairs constantly to find items to cook with. There are a lot of stairs on the property which could be an issue for some. Check restaurant hours as a lot of them are not open daily(Tamboo is only open Fri-Mon) Grocery stores may or may not have bags so bring your own. A nice PDF sent to guests prior to arrival with information on the house, Rincon, surrounding areas, things to do, restaurants etc would be a nice touch.

Family Vacation

I want to thank you from our family for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. The memories we have now are forever in our minds. The photos are great to see but are nothing compared to the actual of standing there and taken in the beautiful view. Everything was just as it said it would be and more. We truly enjoyed this property! Very spacious and super clean! Pool was a great plus that we enjoyed on a daily basis. The host was very responsive and attended to all our needs. The property is laid out well and great view from the top unit. There are multiple places nearby for food and small grocery. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in rincon! Perfect House for Family Reunion

We are an extended family of 14 people, sort of three branches of one family. The 7-bedroom house was just perfect for us, allowing us to have space for our individual family branches as well as the whole group together. We loved Sandy Beach, and our perch up the hill a bit from the beach gave us beautiful views from sunup to sunset. I highly recommend this property for large groups. One thing folks considering spending time in PR should be aware of- they are having serious issues with the power grid. We experienced power outages almost daily, and the last 2 1/2 days the power was out the entire time. The house does have generators and a local caretaker to manage them, but this can prove quite frustrating. Hopefully the power company will take care of these issues soon. Despite the electricity issue, we had a wonderful family week in Rincon.

Ocean views, a short walk to a beautiful beach with a nice surf break, plenty of room to spread out - this property is perfect for groups. With 7 bedrooms spread over three floors - with three full kitchens - you have plenty of quiet and privacy AND easy access to hang with the rest of your group! Ample outdoor shaded spaces, two lovely pools, and an amazing 30 ft water feature really enhance the experience. Owners are are attentive and helpful and keep the property in excellent condition. We were extremely happy with our time in Ocean View Paradise and highly recommend it!

All the Amenities and Fabulous Location

This home was a perfect fit for our group. All the amentenites made our stay so enjoyable. The views are breathtaking, as it's above the canopy. Restaurants, beaches and shops all within a block. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and even put us in touch with a private chef, who catered for a small party we hosted. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home, perfect location

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home in Rincon, the location couldn’t be more perfect as well as the amenities that the house offers. Dianna and her husband were very accommodating with any needs that we had. The house is beautifully landscaped and maintained, clean and comfortable.with amazing views. It offers lots of space for large group gatherings and a beautiful infinity pool. I would highly recommend this house for any visiting Rincon.

Amazing place & owner

After getting cancelled the day prior to our stay for 15 people by a different owner, Dianna was more than accommodating for our party. The property is beautiful, spacious and perfectly located steps from the beach. I highly recommend this place! If we ever go back to PR, this is definitely our first choice! Thank you again Dianna!

Wonderful Home!

Family trip to rincon

We had an excellent stay, house was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Plenty of indoor space and loads of outdoor places to relax, cook, swim or just hang out and watch the waves crash. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to this area. We will absolutely be back to stay here soon.

Absolutely Amazing

This was our second guys surfing trip to Rincon and our second time staying at Dianna's house. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Dianna is responsive and friendly and great to work with. The house is clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The kitchens are well stocked. The beds and furniture are comfortable. And the view from the top level canNOT be beat. The only issue we had was a problem with the WiFi, and Rob, the caretaker, took care of it immediately. Love this place! Scot

My husband and myself have been vacationing in Rincon since 1994. We bought this property and built this home in 2005. We now have two houses on the property that we rent for vacation rentals. We live in NJ during the summer and spend about 5 or 6 months in Rincon managing and maintaining our houses.

You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach, and the famous seaside restaurant Tamboo Bar & Grill. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store.

Rincon is well known for spectacular sunsets and near perfect weather, you will not be disappointed. You can sit on your own balcony and watch the famous humpback whales (from January to March) or see world-class surfing at the famous Sandy Beach.

We provide beach chairs for our guests. Gated, on-site parking is available for up to 8 cars. SUVs and Pickups in the driveway only. Not accessible by low profile cars.
